I was in pain and needed treatment right away. I arrived and was greeted immediately. I was seen with in minutes, had xrays and was meeting with the PA. He diagnosed my problem, prescribed medicines and told me I would feel better within days. I would highly recommend this orthopedic urgent care facility.

Took 94 year old Mom with arm/shoulder issues. She could barely move her arm without pain. EVERYONE from front desk to nurse to X-ray to PA was very gentle, compassionate and accommodating. They took us in immediately with zero wait. They quickly and efficiently addressed and fixed the problem with cortisone shot….Mom has responded to treatment extremely well. They far exceeded our expectations!

Very impressed with how efficient the office and P.A. were. When they were trying to get in touch with my insurance company took longer than filling out the paperwork and getting my injection. This is such a great option for people who don't want to, our cannot wait to get to their doctors. Thanks Derek and everyone at that office.

Would have no reservations recommending Moss Creek Orthopedic Urgent Care. Found everyone to be very professional and graciously efficient. From initial required paperwork, to x-rays being taken to a spot on diagnosis by Derek I was there for less than an hour. Couldn’t be more pleased! Well done and thank you to all.

Our 2 year old rolled off the bed and fell at the beginning of our vacation trip. After a number of days of Motrin we knew we needed to get him seen for x-rays. My husband found an orthopedic urgent care which is exactly what we needed and close to HHI. Staff was beyond friendly, welcoming and took the best care of our son. He got quick xrays, reviewed results, fit for a sling and a disk of xrays to take home. Beyond impressed and we were back to the beach and pool within no time!

The entire process was amazing. We were greeted warmly and promptly seen. The nurse was amazing with our 6 year old! We know the pediatric population can be challenging with inconsistencies but they were amazing. Everyone was patient and very kind. We were able to bond a minute over our home state of Kentucky. We would recommend for anyone in need.
