Mr. Schwartz & his assistant Debbie helped me through a very difficult time in my life as I was trying to recover from being thrown out of a vehicle in an accident that occurred out of state while I was at work in 2015. When I first moved to the area I was immediately rear ended by a driver with Trexis Insurance. I had never heard of the agency and I read only awful things. I’ve know Mr.Schwartz for just under 3 decades and I have use him around 4 times over the that course of time.
I would like to say he has always been very professional and yet personable with all my cases, every one I have referred to him have nothing but praises for him and his excellent staff.
One person called me and told me that he never ever heard from an Attorney after their case was over, not to mention receiving a gift at the beginning of each new year. . I can go on and on but I just thank Mr. Schwartz and his wonderful staff for all they have done for me over time.

Mr. Schwartz did what no one else was willing to do. He took my case on with gumption! He was able to get me a settlement beyond what I could imagine! I honestly thought going into this that I was going to have a losing case. But Mr. Schwartz was able to win my case with ease. I have to also give a huge shout out to Miss Kathy she was a complete delight! She was prompt and efficient. Her upbeat positive attitude gave me a ton of faith that things would get better.
