Priority Family Medical Clinic

This is the greatest primary care practice I have ever been to, and at my age and being a retired Fire Captain for 31 years I have seen numerous. Numerous injuries and ailments. We moved here almost 2 years ago and I finally got the referral to come here from a friend. I’m sure glad we found this place. Every person who works there is friendly and professional. Sydney up front is always helpful and greets you by name. Thomas Gann is always caring and professional. What a great group of people that really really care about our well being.

I called this morning for a walk in appointment as a new patient and they told me they could see me right away. Did all of my tests that same day! Amber at the front desk is so nice and Sarah is friendly and knowledgeable. The office is clean and modern. I heard they’re moving to a bigger office to accommodate more patients. Awesome service!

My first experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff is friendly and efficient. Thomas Gann was thorough and spent time walking me through each topic. I never felt rushed. He went above and beyond to understand my concerns, share his wisdom and recommendations with me, as well as consult with other professionals in regards to my health journey. He believes in using his knowledge and abilities in a FULL health spectrum, not just general practices. I would HIGHLY recommend Priority to everyone.

Nothing short but an amazing and welcoming experience for my first visit! Dr. Took her time, sat down and listened to me, was not rushed and I felt I had the liberty to share my thoughts and be heard. Clinic is very neat and organized. Will be bringing my family here also!

As one of the owners of Vitality Care Center I want to thank PFMC for stepping in to take care of some of our patients during an Emergency period for our clinic until we re-opened. I am Forever grateful and appreciate you all so much for that.

Your health is not their priority. Looks like the doctors are nice and knowledgeable, but they work limited hours and are rarely available. The front desk people are negligent and irresponsible. It is almost impossible to get them to help with conveying a message to the doctors or getting any test results or documentation. And their website doesn’t work properly which makes the communication impossible. Because I left myself on their mercy I got an important medical procedure canceled. The front desk girl didn’t fax the needed documentation and didn’t even bother to notify me. Unacceptable

Dr. Gann was so thorough and detail-oriented. I have enormous confidence in him. He was also a great listener during the time I was telling him my symptoms. He asked pertinent questions to pinpoint my diagnosis. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone as their provider!

Dropped by for my flu shot today! It was very convenient that Priority Family Medical Clinic offers it's patients the option to drop in for this. Although I wasn't expecting to be taken care of quickly, this service was provided almost immediately with a friendly word and smile! Thanks!

I almost hate to post this review out of fear wait times might increase. My appointment scheduled times are on time (not normal at other practices). Meetings with my physician are detailed and explained in layman's terms for me to understand. The front office staff is incredible. I had been too many different doctors, and been working in medical environment before, and to be honest, this place is one of the most amazing place, the environment of the waiting room was clean and calm. The patient room was a good size and very organized compared to other medical offices I've been in before. The staffs were polite, and patient, the doctor Dr. Kay was amazing, I felt like I could talk about everything, I had been to many doctors before, and I was always disappointed because they were always in a hurry, but in this office, she took her time and listened to us, and asking about

I absolutely love this place!! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I brought my son in and N.P. Tom Gann made him feel so comfortable. Mr. Gann was so knowledgeable and informative. I left there feeling like I was part of the family. He took the time to answer all my questions. I didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door.. I would definitely recommend Priority Family Medical Clinic.. I'm giving them five more stars because this place is a perfect 10..
