Complete Care was born from the passion of two Prescott medical providers wanting to provide the community with more personalized care. With two decades of combined experience in orthopedics, emergency medicine, and urgent care, Kaia and Zachary have felt for years that the Prescott community has been in need of better patient-provider relationships.
We've made scheduling convenient with online booking and late office days, because you shouldn't have to miss school or work for care. Most of us develop at least one chronic medical condition at some point in our lives. Whether you're worried about developing diabetes, have a history of hypertension, or are managing multiple chronic diseases, we're here to help.
The answer is what's known in the medical community as "continuity of care." Continuity of care means that you establish a relationship with a health care provider and you enhance that relationship year after year. This provider gets to know you and your health goals and helps you manage your overall progress.
Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients.

I needed a new PCP . The person who answered the phone was very personable and answered my questions regarding insurance. I was able to make an appointment in a timely manner. The office staff was helpful upon my arrival. I was seen within minutes of arriving . My questions were answered and my concerns were listened to. I am confident this office will partner with people towards their health care. I appreciate that.

First off the clinic is immaculate!! It’s very clean and well decorated. I seen Zac and he was great! His bedside manner is amazing and he made sure all of my concerns were covered. It’s hard to find a PCP in this area so being able to find a GOOD PCP is extremely lucky! I definitely recommend establishing with this practice if you’re able to.

I am so glad Prescott Complete Care has come to Prescott! I hear about the shortage of primary doctors in our area and am delighted that Zachary Leonard and Kaia Kordosky-Herrera are filling this gap. I have been able to get in to to see Zachary for an introduction appointment that was routine within a week. I also was able to get "squeezed" in within a day when I was ill. The entire staff: Sam, Joe and Brian are very attentive and friendly. You cannot go wrong with Prescott Complete Care.

My family has been in 4 times for various appointments. The staff is courteous, great communication, and very helpful. Both Zachary and Kaia Have been punctual, given us ample time to talk about our health concerns, answer questions, and explain treatment options. We have been very impressed with this office!

I didn't have to wait to see Kaia. The staff is friendly and efficient. Kaia is open minded to all types of medicine for which I am most grateful. It was such a good experience seeing a health care provider who wants to know about you and work with you. It was the first time I've seen a health care provider who is interested in helping the patient to get and stay healthy and not just treating symptoms.

My first visit to Complete Care was outstanding! Extremely friendly and thorough staff. In my first appointment with Kaia, I felt comfortable immediately and was encouraged to find a PCP who actually listens, processes information, assesses patient history, and looks at the whole patient. This is my first completely positive experience with a new PCP.
