Jordy Weaver is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Academy Nurse Credentialing Center, and licensed in the state of Arizona to provide family medical care. She started her career as a nurse working home health care managing acute and chronic diseases in the home. She continued her career in home health working as a branch manager and then Director of Nursing.

This experience gives her a strong insight into the challenge's patients face at home and a deeper insight into managing care for acute and chronically ill patients. She continued her education obtaining her bachelor's degree in nursing from Arizona State University and her master's degree from Chamberlain University.

We are a full-service primary care office which includes routine physicals, preventative health screenings, sick visits, management of chronic diseases and more!
We offer free skin care consultations by phone and appointments. Botox is a simple, non- surgical provider administered treatment that can temporarily smooth moderate to severe frown lines. Botox works beneath the surface and temporarily reduces the underlying muscle activity that causes moderate to severe frown lines, crow's feet and forehead lines in adults - to help them look visibly smoother.
High dose vitamin C can help to fight fatigue, reduce oxidative stress, boost your immune response and also supports collagen production in the body. High-dose vitamin C has shown to be pro-oxidant, selectively killing cancer and other G6PD deficient cells. It also has some anti-inflammatory activity resulting in suppression of tumor proliferation, angiogenesis, and metastasis.
2. There will be a $32 fee assessed for any returned checks. This fee is assessed regardless of whether the check is re-desposited, as the bank has already charged our company a fee for the returned check, you will subsequently receive a bill for this amount. 3. Any amount your insurance does not cover will be your responsibility as the patient to pay.

I just want to say how amazing Nancy Pierce is. She has always been right on with everything I have ever needed and always made me feel
So much better. She really tries to get through to the root of the problem and treat it.
Nancy is very caring and very knowledgeable and I trust her completely. My fiancé was sick with COVID and practically on his death bed. No one helped him and he just kept Getting worse.
It was not until he saw her that he finally started to get better with her treatment and care.

I went in for an IV vitamin infusion to try it out. I decided on the immunity cocktail and I was not disappointed. I had so much energy immediately after the infusion and had the best nights sleep ever. My energy levels were up for weeks after and I felt great. I will definitely be back!

Let me explain the one star....Nancy is an EXCELLENT Nurse Practitioner. Her office staff, however, leave a great deal to be desired. It is difficult to get through on the phone, getting calls returned is a nightmare, and her billing company.....what a joke.
Two years ago, we had a bill sent to us that had already been paid. It was marked "two months past due". I produced the receipt, and went to the office. The staff apologized, and "took care" of the bill. I just received a bill on 2/11/15, for an office visit on 01/10/14. The billing company stated I would have to produce a receipt for this
