Services
Growing up in Northeast LA, my family and community did not have access to affordable quality health care services, like those provided by Arroyo Vista today. We are proud of our long history of meeting the health care needs of our community. Arroyo Vista is a testament to what communities can do when we pull together and reach out to help others.
We provide a comprehensive range of medical, dental, optometry, behavioral health, imaging, and pharmaceutical services. Our services are designed for all ages, from infants and children, to teens, adults including Women's Health, and the elderly. Many services are provided at no cost, including daily screenings, health education, annual flu vaccine clinics, immunizations for children, and our annual health fairs.
We care about your health. We strive to provide a positive health care experience and appreciate your input on how to better serve you.

If you have a concern about safety or the quality of care at Arroyo Vista please inquire with any Department Manager of the Arroyo Vista Team or contact our Community Relations Department at 323-987-2000 x2007 or you may contact The Joint Commission directly regarding the safety or the quality of care without retaliatory action from Arroyo Vista.
From pregnancy to delivery, Arroyo Vista is with families every step of the way. We believe that every woman and child should have access to prenatal care from the first trimester, for the health and well-being of the mother and child. Our OB/GYN physicians are Board Certified, with many years of experience in this specialty.
Our Mammography Program is accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR), which means we have met the highest level of quality required by the State. Free mammograms and Breast Exams are available for those who qualify. Arroyo Vista is the only Digital Mammography center in our community, delivering better quality images with less radiation!

No stars. Horrible service! Appointment was 9:30. Showed up 20 minutes early just to be safe. Its 11:30. Doctor not even in the office. Staff/nurses don't even know whats going on. Clueless. Horrible doctors just trying to cash in on the insurance money. They will prioritize you by how much money the can get out of the insurance. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

Worse! Every since the pandemic started this clinic has gotten the worse. They don't answer their calls, they take forever to attend patience. It's ridiculous.

Mixed up a vaccine for an 8 year old. How dumb can one be to not realize you’re putting one that hasn’t been approved for kids.

The worst place ever. They don’t care about you and your situation, they need to be examined by some specialists from the federal health Association or something. First of all you have to be there in person just to make an appointment. Second of all they don’t care about your situation. Third the wait times are astronomical. Starting with the women who check your temperature-very bad attitude, very rude people, the way they talk to you
Is rude like you’re an animal.

Being coming here since I was a toddler.. but lately this place has dropped in the care for patients. The nurses are rude they do not care about the patients walking in or if the need help the seem so unorganized. Was on the phone from 4:30 trying to get through the appointment it hit 5 and the did not even bother to get my call they hung up on me. Called 3 times prior to that call and everytime somone answered they hung up. I am really not happy with this service already looking for a new clinic for me and my family. This clinic is not the same as when I was growing up it’s has gone down hill

I’ve been trying to make an appointment this whole week and can’t get through. I call all day and when I get to be first in line it sends me to someone’s extension and says, sorry this extension an not be reached. Also I call around 4:45 and I’m first in line and as soon as it hits 5:00 (closing time) it sends me to the same extension that doesn’t answer. Nice! What wonderful Customer Service, Stop being lazy and answer the phones until 5:00!!!!

I tried to make an appointment over the phone on July 1, 2, 3 and 5 of 2021. Every single time i had to wait between 45' and 1 hour 15' to be first in queue. When it was my turn, i still had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes, and at the end the only option was to leave a voicemail.

Had an appointment but still had to wait to be seen. I was able to set an appointment. For what I was looking for, the woman on the phone told me that since I had MediCal, I didn’t have to pay a fee (because they aren’t my primary doctor). Then I go all the way to Highland Park just be told that they can’t do anything for me because I have a different primary doctor.
Maybe double check information before assigning appointments so the patient doesn’t end up wasting time:
