Health Access for All Inc, dba Angeles Community Health Center (ACHC) is a grass roots, community-based 501(c)(3) California nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide high quality, comprehensive, primary and preventive medical, dental and behavioral health care services and education in an environment of caring, respect and dignity.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, all dental services are available on a sliding fee scale to eligible patients. Dental services are available at our Los Angeles location on 1919 7th St. Los Angeles, CA. for infants, children and adults. Services include a full range of general dental care including emergency services, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, sealants simple extractions, anterior root canals.

DON’T COME HERE FOR THE COVID TEST
I came here for covid test on January 3rd 2022. They opened at 8:30, I was there at 9, and I finally got the test at 12:15. HOWEVER, I never got the result from here after five days. Glad that I went to another place to get the covid test on Wednesday and got the result on Friday. So don’t waste your time to come here for the covid test, it’s not worth it.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID testing!!!!! It’s possible you might just end up getting Covid positive here! The lady uses the same dirty glove for each patient that comes here. If anything I saw her change it once after a fifth person came in. She goes back and fourth touching everything. Super unsanitary! While everyone is watching you 2-4 feet away. It’s embarrassing how this place can even be doing dirty work like this. I’ve been at other testing sites and this place is gross. I wouldn’t even trust your results here. GO ELSEWHERE.

The worst experience going to this place to take a Covid test.The female nurse that was taking my test put my Q-tip on the solution with chemicals and preservatives put it on my nose when she was supposed to give me a dry swab and then put it away in the solution.Had a reaction which gave me abdominal pain and threw up foam and had to go to Urgent care . The staff didn’t bother to give me and apology.This place does not have Trained Covid testers and they’re are very rude.

I thought I was the only one who experienced lost results here. I took a test early into covid and they never called me with the results so finally I called them on day 7 and they said I would get my results on Monday. It was a Friday when I called. I never got them and I just never called back. I went elsewhere to get tested.

They lost the COVID testing! My husband and my two children came here for COVID testing. When the left, they asked for school notes and they were told to wait about 3 to 4 days for results! I called multiple times and no one could find they’re results. All they said is we will call you back. They never called back. In my opinion this is so irresponsible from their behalf. I tested positive for COVID and was recommended here. Never going back and really rude staff!

Very unorganized this Clinic is.I used to go for check ups,but there’s so many sketchy things that made me not want to come there anymore.For starters the receptionist clearly doesn’t know what’s hipaa because you’re not supposed to be discussing about the people that come in and out of the clinic.Another occasion I went in for a check up but they didn’t receive me only because the doctors and nurses were in a meeting.Which makes no sense.then why would they have the clinic open that day if their not receiving anyone? The place seriously needs work. Embarrassing to have to pee in an OPEN cup and walk through the waiting room to the examination room on the other side. Had to hold a paper towel around it so no one could see my urine. Also did a pap-smere in a room with large tinted windows. The assumption is that no on ne can see inside but its still awkward to see people walk down the street as 2 doctors examine your lady bits. Place looks dirty tbh. Doctor left me in the room for a while and apparently I was supposed to leave but no one told me until a nurse came in surprised I was still there. Then my medication

Regardless that’s it’s a busy clinic it’s all worth it at the end because the staff is caring especially Leticia she is outstanding she cares for every patient that walks in that clinic. She comforts you as if you were her family .I feel safe with the obgyn doctor Dr Parvaneh she cares for you’re baby as much as you do. I’m very thankful that they take my insurance and that their open on saturdays because of my busy schedule, & the dental side is also very convenient. Plus Daniel the supervisor is willing to take the extra step to a help patient out. I am a very happy patient there, thanks

Extremely rude, trying to schedule an appointment and they put me on hold and then answer as if they don't know what I said so I have to repeat myself again or they put me on hold and hang up. Exasperating! They treat you better when you are pregnant. But even then they need to be more organized.
Update: i had an appointment at 12:30 it's 3:30 and they still haven't checked me in to see the doctor.
