We understand that you have many options when it comes to choosing a plastic surgeon and we appreciate the opportunity to be involved with your care. All appointments are scheduled in advance and we welcome new patients. Our practice offers many financing and payment options for you to choose from and we will be happy to work with you to determine which one will best fit your needs.
Dr. Erik Miles, is a double board certified plastic surgeon who is proud to serve the North Charlotte community. He has expertise in both aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. After college, he chose to delay his medical training in order to pursue a lifelong goal of becoming an aviator in the United States Navy.
At North Charlotte Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, our goal is to help you make the most of your cosmetic surgery experience. Our caring and dedicated staff members work closely together to ensure that you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We do not have a large staff with frequent turnover, but rather a focused group of professionals that are committed to helping you reach your plastic surgery goals.
From the moment you arrive at our office, we want your patient experience to be a pleasant one. At North Charlotte Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, our office was designed and built with patient comfort and privacy in mind. The office is conveniently located on the first floor of a clean, modern medical office building.
Patient safety is Dr. Miles' highest priority. With this in mind, we have built a state-of-the-art surgery center. Our surgery center was designed from its inception to be a dedicated surgery facility, and is not simply an existing office space that has been converted to accommodate surgery patients.

I was not a huge fan of the language used towards the part of my body I wanted addressed. Dr. Miles aggressively grabbed parts of my skin, pulled and pinched, used words like “chunk” and “blob”. Obviously I have a complicated relationship with this part of my body and the way he spoke about it was indecent and unkind. Before photos were very dehumanizing. I was told to “grab (my belly) and jiggle it” for photos. I have surgical trauma and Dr. Miles roughly grabbed and pulled the scarring. This was not a trauma informed dr. The cost was exorbitant as well. The highest quote of all the

Best plastic surgeon ever! I had a breast reduction done, Dr. Miles made me very knowledgeable about the procedure, what to expect from the surgery. The outcome was awesome. My husband is extremely satisfied with the results, I'm so proud of the fact that Dr. Miles made me feel comfortable and confident. If you need to have a breast reduction done go to Dr. Miles your be so happy that you did. He is the most caring person about your health care before, during and afterward! ❤

I'm Extremely Grateful for Dr. Miles. He is a Superior Plastic Surgeon. With Experience and Education to back it up.
He listens and helps you understand the entire process. I'm 58 years old. My appt was a year ago. He told me he could do everything I wanted but I would be happier if I lost some weight. I lost weight and it is now 4 weeks since Dr. Miles did two of my procedures. The pain was not bad at all. And recovery has gone well. I could not be happier and wish I would have looked into this sooner. My back and neck pain have also greatly improved almost non existent. I highly recommend him

Dr. Miles and his staff are absolutely amazing. From the initial consultation to my follow up care Dr. Miles and his crew were right there with me every step of the way. Dr. Miles called me at home to check on me to make sure everything was going well and that I didn’t have any questions. It was an easy healing process and my results far exceeded my own high expectations. I trust him implicitly and will go back to him for all of my surgery needs!! I give North Charlotte Plastic Surgery 10 stars!
