Alexandria started her nursing career working in cosmetic surgery while simultaneously training to become a Nurse Injector. She specializes in evaluating and consulting with patients on how they can restore a more youthful appearance naturally with injectables. Botox and Dysport are two of her "must-haves" to help prevent fine lines, wrinkles, and aging.
Breast Augmentation is a surgical procedure that enhances the size & shape of a woman's breast. This is often desirable in patients that have lost significant volume after pregnancy and breastfeeding (involutional mammary hypoplasia). It is also beneficial in patients that have underdeveloped or absent breast tissue.
Breast Cancer is the second most common cancer in women and was diagnosed in 231,840 patients in 2015 in the United States. It is treated either with breast conserving surgery (lumpectomy and radiation) or mastectomy (removal of the entire breast gland with various degree of skin, areola and nipple preservation, usually without radiation).
The skin of the breasts can become loose after weight loss, pregnancy or simply the passage of time due to gravity. This unattractive saggy appearance can be corrected by a skin tightening operation called Mastopexy. This type of surgery is generally not covered by insurance, so it is performed in our office surgical facility to lower the cost.

Dr Riou and the whole staff are amazing! From consultation to surgery, I felt so comfortable and trusted them. After surgery, Dr. Riou called to check up to see how I was. It’s been over a year now and I am so happy with my results, I just had my last appointment today and can’t thank him enough!! I got a breast augmentation on Thursday by Dr Riou and not even 2 days later I am BEYOND SATISFIED!! I was told by another surgeon I would need a lift and a huge implant for more money than I could ever afford. I had amazing breasts until I had my child and didn’t want a lift only volume to give me back what I had before having my son.. Dr Riou was honest and comforting with the decision to just do an augmentation. I trusted for him to do what he thought was best and he went above and beyond. Dr. Riou was great. He was very nice and easy to talk to. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed about the procedure. Him and his and his staff were very nice and helped me relax. Made it very comforting. I would recommend him to anyone. My surgery turned out better than I could have thought. One of the best doctors and nursing staff I’ve experienced.

I rate Dr Riou as one of my all time top Docs. He’s super smart and understands the female body and how to operate on cancer patients to help them feel %100 better about their appearance when they leave their houses. He helped me get over the fact that I had no breasts due to cancer and he reconstructed my breasts so I am as feminine as I was before I lost them to cancer. I would recommend him to anyone thinking about looking more beautiful than they could ever imagine.

I came to Dr. Riou for a breast reduction consult recently. I received a friendly greeting from the reception desk and did not have to wait long before seeing the doctor. Dr. Riou made me feel very comfortable during my exam and absolutely read my mind when discussing the struggle one feels with 38G sized breasts. He understood the result that I was seeking and I feel confident that his expertise and experience will help me realize that result.
