Very disappointed. I called and made an appointment. Confirmed date and time with the guy on the phone. Arrived at the Marysville location at 10am and the shop was closed. I tried calling multiple times but it just kept going to a full voice-mail. I waited outside for almost an hour before giving up. Tried calling multiple times throughout the day and still no answer. They had amazing reviews so I was happy to support a local busines but this was not a good experience.

They got me in the next day. It took 3 and a half hours. They made a big deal out of all the clean up like they don't do this very often. My car hatch sounds like a muracca. Every time I close the door glass comes out. Yesterday when I went to close the hatch I cut my finger on some of the glass coming out.

Scheduled an appointment for mobile service and they didn’t show up, i called and they said they didnt see me anywhere on the schedule. the next day I called and they said it was actually scheduled for couple days later, and that day came and went with no call. I called the day after I was to have the windshield replaced and they said sorry but they were short staffed but didn’t call to inform me. I then asked what they could do to make up for the issues for when they would come out the next time and they said they would call me right back, no surprise, they didn’t.

These guys were super helpful. We thought we were going to need the whole windshield replaced just because the molding/weather stripping was gone, but they called after looking at it and said they could fix it for much less without doing the replacement. Then when we went to pick up the car, they decided not to charge us at all. We'll definitely come back to Alderwood Auto Glass for our future needs!

Someone busted my passenger side window after one day of owning it. 😡 I was quoted more than 4 times the price from other places, so I was surprised to see how affordable it was here. I worked with Brian that was more than accommodating to my schedule. He was able to fit me in the next day to have it replaced.
The very next day, there was a crack that stretched across my windshield (this grew from a small crack that was already there). I went back to Alderwood’s and again it was replaced in no time. I’ve had no problems since.
