I have gone to this sweet family-run business for the last 10+ years for my windshield replacements. They always came in the least expensive and quality just as high as going anywhere else that charged twice the price. I've used them on 5 separate vehicles and probably replaced 6 or 7 windshields. The last time I used them was in December 2020 after someone smashed in my passenger window. Again, they came through with top quality and were very fast, and super reasonably priced. I had a car window replaced at Simon's Auto Glass several weeks ago. While Simon initially ordered green glass ($135) rather than tinted glass ($165), he reordered the correct glass and it was at his shop at 7:45 the next morning. He installed the glass in the car in aboutj 30 minutes, Simon agreed to "split the difference" on the price with me and I paid $150 for the glass. That seemed fair.
The store is a family operation and not greatest looking place, but the work is honest and done properly. I plan to return to Simon's for my future auto glass needs.

Sketchy looking place, kind of a back alley business looking place. Next to a dive bar.
Anyway, needed the regulator replaced on my drivers side window as it would not roll down. Called all over and this place was the cheapest. Came in the next day after they ordered the part. Installed in about an hour.
Few days later the window started acting up when rolling up, and got real hard to roll up about 3/4 of the way up. Took it back in, basically they sprayed wd40 all over the rubber seal to make it roll up easier and said that's the way it is. Funny, never did that before.

BASICALLY: I was charged extra, waited extra long, recieved poor & unprofessional service.
THE FULL STORY: Called a day in advance to have my window replaced. I specified that it was the right/passenger side window, and the manager I spoke to said they would have the glass ready for me when I came in. They quoted me at $140. One of the door window's on my car was recently broken, so I needed it replaced. I called around a number of repair shops, and these guys were $20 cheaper than the next cheapest quote, and $60 cheaper than the most expensive. They managed to get me in the same day, and had my car back to me in a little over an hour. They were very professional, did a quality job on replacing the window, and even vacuumed out the broken glass shards that littered my car. I would recommend this place in an instant to anyone who needs auto glass replaced.
