I want to start off by saying how happy I was with the price, service & their response times! My car was broken into overnight about 2 weeks ago and I began calling TOO MANY places to try and see who could repair my window without trying to overcharge me but do an awesome job. I came across Rolando who was polite and attentive. He did require a deposit which is fine and was able to get the job done super quickly. Don't look no further, Rolando and his team will definitely take care of you.

Great experience and wonderful customer service! I had backed my 4Runner into our trailer and broke the back window glass, called Toto Auto Glass Service and they got back to me and could have my replacement in within the hour! I was hoping for them to come to my home but due to the snow I went into their Everett location and was immediately greeted and they where ready to take my 4Runner in and start the process ! They had a very clean and inviting waiting area as well! Glass was replaced and I was on my way! They also did all clean up inside the back of the car as well! Thanks again and I would

I called a bunch of places before I ended up choosing Toto. Rolando was the most responsive with the best price. My windshield looks great. Just be aware that they come to you. We had a bit of a miscommunication where we headed out to Everett and he headed to our house. After we got it cleared up the work was done quick. Thanks again.

Before calling Toto Auto Glass Service, I called several other big window repair companies, including ones that I have used before. None of them had a windshield for my car (I would have to wait a month or more for the windshield I needed to be available), and they all quoted $150+ or more than the quote I received from Toto. Also, Toto did not charge me a service fee for coming to my home to do the repair like some other companies!
They came when they said they would, and they completed the job in the amount of time they said it would take, and they provided best price and no extra charges

My boyfriends car got broken into while he was at work early on a Sunday morning. Apparently booking emergency auto glass repair in Seattle is almost as difficult as buying a house - most places were booked out a week or two and that just wasn't going to work with his commute to work every evening. Was a bit skeptical because of low number of reviews and far superior price than competitors. But after seeing very good reviews on Google I went with them. I was able to get appointment the next day, and everything went flawless. They were on time, courteous, did excellent job right on my driveway. After almost 2 months, I'm very happy I went with toto.

Did great work. Was able to be flexible with time they arrived and came right to my house. They were able to complete everything with no issues. It's been a few weeks now and everything is working great. Great work done by them. Cheapest I found to get my Silverado's window replaced. Highly recommend.

After waking up to a text this morning from my husband letting me know the car was broke into, I started searching for a repair service. After reaching out to several, Rolando texted me with same day availabliy mobile service with no additional fee for the mobile service. Rolando was prompt, courteous and professional.
