I can’t thank Brie Camacho enough for all of her help leasing our property. She is extremely professional and very thorough. She was able to lease our property quickly to tenants that were qualified. Also, her tenacity with our previous “broke the lease” tenant was sincerely appreciated. Because of her knowledge and perseverance, we were paid all of the money owed to us and she was able to lease our property with very minimal “unoccupied time”. We could not be more grateful for the positive outcome; especially during these challenging times.

American Stages managed my property then sold it once the last tenants moved out. Not only did they rent the property within 2 weeks but when it came time to sell they sold it for over asking price in less than 30 days! I can’t say enough good thing about Brie and her team!

American Stages was by far the most cooperative and responsive company I have ever rented from! Brie and Haley were very responsive and able to accommodate any difficulties we had, especially when we were moving in. Any significant maintenance issues were resolved within 24 hours. Overall, this was the smoothest renting experience I have had to date.

Brie has managed my rental property in Lompoc. I went through two other companies before finally finding her, and she has done a consistently outstanding job for me. I would happily both recommend her to any other rental owner, and would equally comfortable renting for her as she also does a very good job of making sure our tenants are well taken care of.
