Carlos Macias grew up on the Central Coast spending a majority of his life in Orcutt and Santa Maria, where he became very familiar with our local real estate market and its unique characteristics. Carlos was educated in an Orcutt Elementary School, Junior High School, High School and attended his college courses at Allan Hancock College, and has spent the past decade studying Real Estate and earning his Sales Agents License and Brokers License.

I'm not sure if they are in a hiring slump or not, but currently it seems like there is only one employee. That naturally makes it very difficult to have calls/emails returned for prospective buyers.

Payed $50 to apply for an apartment never got a call back the only way we knew we didn't get the apartment was because they reposted it. Thanks Carlos for returning our messages your great.
