Sara Grossini has been in the Property Management business since the office opened in 1983, and is a licensed Sales Agent representing PLUS Property Management for 36+ years; specializing in residential as well as commercial management. She manages townhomes and homes in the San Rogue and Rivera areas as well.
Peggy has been a licensed Broker/Investor for nearly 38 years. She began representing Plus Property Management in 2002. Peggy is the Property Manager for Plus Property Management's 5-Cities branch office, which also serves the San Luis Obispo community, and the Nipomo area. She and her fully trained staff share the business philosophy that placing the right tenant in the right property will naturally aid in the preservation of property value.

My husband and I have renting from Plus Property for almost a year and it has been a positive experience. They make paying rent and submitting a service request simple since it's all done online. We recently had a plumbing nightmare and Rosey at Plus checked in with us daily to make sure the plumbers were working on the repairs to our satisfaction. Thanks Rosey!

Recently was moving into a new condo and I needed help finding the right one. I hired Plus Property Management to market and lease a rental property. They photographed the property, wrote an eye-catching description, and put it online.
They worked extremely hard to find the perfect "fit" for the property. They found the dream tenants, performed all background checks and got the lease signed. Then they coordinated the move-in.
Plus offers the highest level of service, They are extremely detail-oriented and goes the extra mile, responding to texts or phone calls within minutes and researching anything the client wants to know.

As a renter, I have always found Plus Property Management extremely helpful in finding an excellent property to rent within the budget I suggested. Your dream home may not always be available for rent, but if they know what you’re looking for they will keep an eye out for it. And I must say I have found the manager, Linda Kirchhoff, one of the most delightful people to work with I have ever met.

Plus Property Management in Santa Maria shouldn't even get 1 star in my opinion. They aren't honest when it comes time to return your cleaning deposit. Even if you have receipts for the list of move out requirements already done you will be charged for one of "their own" to do it again. Stay far far away from their rental properties if you want to be treated fairly!

Summary: Terrible. In my opinion they are incompetent and dishonest. As a property owner relying on them for property management services, you should avoid this business.
As absentee property owners we had used their property management services since 2003. Since we were absentee owners, we relied on Plus Property Management to oversee the management of our rental home. For years we were misled into believing that they were doing a good job. And from an administrative perspective they did appear to perform adequately with finding tenants and bookkeeping. However, we recently terminated their services
