Toby graduated with honors from Florida State University in 2000, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History and membership in the Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society. He went on to earn his law degree from Florida State University College in 2003, after which he joined the law firm of Bajoczky & Fournier.
After being named partner in 2009, Toby joined a local law firm to continue to hone his skills as a top Tallahassee criminal defense and family law attorney.In 2016, Toby formed Norris Law to continue his practice of aggressively defending his clients in court and beyond. A regular in the Tallahassee courts, Toby has tried dozens of criminal cases before juries.

Ya know I gave him a five star because he truly is an amazing attorney. I recommend him to my current ex husband during our marriage because he was my families attorney for yrs. After recommending him my husband and I divorced. So of course my husband used him in the divorce. My husband made of 300000 a yr. But it seems everyone thought 8000 was fair. I was in a bad spot because my husband took all our vehicles and left me with nothing so I had to settle for the 8000. Toby promised he would make sure Id get my grandfathers wallet back from my ex. Its been good over a yr and still no wallet. So
