It is Boardwalk Realty's highest goal to maintain a family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of our guests and neighbors. No sororities, fraternities, school or civic groups are allowed. Absolutely NO HOUSE PARTIES or weddings will be allowed. Violations of the above are grounds for immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent and deposit.

We rented a beach house on Dauphin Island back in 2007 thru Boardwalk realty. Great experience, honest business with no surprise fees. Had a great vacation on the island. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay where you can feel the sand between your toes, this is the place. Short drive to restaurants and stores for any needed supplies. Our rental was on the bay side; the water was shallow and calm- great for the kids to swim in. The gulf side which was ~100yds away had bigger waves, not great for swimming but good for walking along the beach. Highly recommend!

My family has used Boardwalk for many years and trust them to take care of our family vacation needs. Kudos to Boardwalk Realty! Second trip to Daughin Island and second booking through Boardwalk for girls trips. The island will be an annual trip and we'll continue to use Boardwalk. Huge thanks to Beth and her crew for helping us maneuver through the unfortunate issues with power and especially for the credit they gave us for house issues even when the owners would not. We won't rent #75 "The House " again but will absolutely use Boardwalk for all of our trips. Friendly and helpful, always responsive staff and owner. You can book through Boardwalk with confidence!
