Made inquiries about properties over the weekend. We were looking at properties that ranged from $10K-$20K for six days. After 4 days, we have heard nothing back, so we called. The person answering the call was not helpful and was very rude. She actually hung up on us. She did nothing to help and was very condescending. I hope she was the 12 year old daughter of the owner because otherwise she will not be able to succeed in future endeavors.

I took my family to Palm Springs California for a week vacation and rented through Villaway. The service was exceptional and we stayed at a very well kept lovely “Hacienda” that had all the amenities we needed. Their concierge helped us in picking the best restaurants and were attentive to our every need. I would highly recommend Villaway for luxurious, relaxing and comfortable stay.

Booked a villa through villaway for my anniversary and it was epic! The concierge was extremely helpful in pulling off this special surprise for my wife and the Villa was stellar! The whole villaway team and customer service was on top of all parts of our stay! 5 stars! Can't wait to book with them again!

As a client who has used other short term housing companies, the staff at Villaway went above and beyond; they cared and were always available for any of our questions or needs. Planning a stay during Covid was stressful enough but the property was clean and I felt like every detail was taken care of. No surprises and I will use them again in the future. I highly recommend Villaway.

I'm extremely happy with the experience we had with Villaway. The villa was sparkling clean, with all new furniture, extremely comfortable! Great location in West Hollywood, just a short walk to great dining in a family friendly neighborhood. My grandchildren love playing in the pool. The property is value for the money with serene and green surroundings. Also, the entire team at Villaway was extremely cordial and friendly. We had a great time during our stay, can't wait to use Villaway again for our next getaway.

Stayed with Villaway 4 times now, but have never taken the time to leave a review! Every time I've stayed with them it has been a truly stellar top notch experience! Last time we stayed, we stayed inn one of their LA properties in West Hollywood for just over a month --superb from start to finish! We've stayed in Hawaii, LA twice, and Tulum, Mexico. Their selection of properties are fantastic, all the homes have been well stocked and are impeccably clean. The concierge in LA is warm and extremely knowledgeable. They've helped us host small dinners, rent cars in the past, provided great restaurant

My family and I rented a very exclusive property in the Hollywood hills a earlier this month and loved the experience! The home was just as described and was very clean which made us all feel very safe staying there during COVID-19. The staff at Villaway was also very friendly and accommodating to a few requests we made before we checked in. I would highly recommend Villaway to anyone looking for a once in a lifetime rental!

Villaway is an amazing vacation home. To be able to stay in Orson Wells’ former home is so cool! Very Old Hollywood. We LOVED the waterfall pool and hot tub and the pool table was so much fun. We were celebrating our girlfriend’s birthday and it was the perfect party spot. My favorite feature was the incredible view from the upstairs bathroom. Talk about epic!! I can’t recommend this home enough.

Our concierge did an amazing job with reservations and bookings based on the preferences I shared. She stocked the house with our favorites and truly saw to every detail.
