I went in for an alignment and they found a pretty substantial dent on the inside of one of the rims. When I told them a new rim wasn't in that month's budget, they used a hammer to bang the dent out the best they could and barely charged me for the alignment.
They understood and respected my budget. They didn't push me to buy a new rim but gave me an estimate for a used rim so I knew how much to start saving for.
If you can get past the rough exterior & less than desirable waiting area, you'll leave with a better running car and money still left in your pocket.

I have been here multiple times.
They are quick.
They tell you when something will be done and they do that.
They estimate the cost and usually hit it.
Here's the Five-Star reason:
1. Occasion 1 - they repaired a door for me, I drove off, found a broke part, they figured they broke the part, then replaced the part at their cost. Granted it was a small part, but they could have just claimed it was my doing, but they didn't.
2. Occasion 2 - My daughter's car stalled "for no reason". I wasn't with her. She took it in, they drove it, fiddled with it, checked stuff

A friend told my wife about the Ladys oil change discount on Wednesdays. Then I was having problems with my 1994 Ford Explorer and on two different occasions, at the last minutes I had my brakes burning and needed it done that day which happened and then today, I had all of my radiator fluid falling out of my engine somewhere and again Steve the owner at Duty Tire was able to assist me in getting my nice old truck fixed that day, thanks Steve and the crew
