Moving is stressful enough, so it was a major relief when transferring my insurance to a new state was a total piece of cake. I spoke with Diane, who was thoughtful, positive, and most of all helpful. She not only suggested some options that better protected me BUT ALSO SAVED ME MONEY. That's bananas! Dawn Goplin and her team - particularly Diane - truly are "good neighbors."

I recently had an insured Apple watch break and was impressed at how quickly my claim was addressed and paid. State Farm offered several ways for our claim to be processed. We chose by check and had it within 10 business days. I have worked with both James and Dawn and found them both professional and knowledgeable.

Had a wonderful experiance finding the right policies for auto and rent with Chelsea from Dawn Goplin State Farm. She was very patient and caring through the entire process from Quote to Commitment. Chelsea was even able to recommend some fun things to do in Madison and the surrounding areas, as my partner and I just moved here recently. The best insurance company with the best staff. We saved *a lot* of $ by switching to State Farm years ago and only wished we had done it sooner. I assumed that service would suffer a bit with the rates being so much better. I was pleasantly surprised that the opposite was true. Efficient and friendly when ever we need a policy update, Nancy is always there to help us. Highly recommend.

I worked with Diane on a recent issue regarding my home owners insurance. She was such a huge help and actually called WHEDA for me directly. She gave then everything they needed. Most would tell the consumer to call on their own and she so graciously took that on herself. I really hope that, if I have any issues in the future, I will get her to help because it truly was a great experience!

My husband and I just made the switch to State Farm. We had a great experience with everyone we met in Dawn’s office. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We were unfortunate enough to have the worst possible experience at State Farm that I think it’s possible to have. We went years without an accident or any claim, and then we had the bad luck of having our new car rear-ended right before planning to move out of state. Although the fault lay with the other driver, we were in a hurry to get the car fixed before our move so we called State Farm to get things moving, even if we had to pay the deductible.

I didn’t wake up thinking that an insurance representative would make my entire day, but here I am. I was fortunate enough to have Chelsea S. as my phone rep and I feel like I made a sweet friend. She’s respectful, empathetic, professional, and overall a radiant being to speak with on the phone. John Jensen has been my insurance agent for 3 years and I've had a wonderful experience with him and State Farm. When I first moved to State Farm John helped me consolidate my car and renter's insurance. I ended up getting significantly more coverage at a lower price when I signed my new policy! I never feel like John is trying to "sell" me anything. He helps you determine what level of coverage you need and finds the right products for you with no pressure. Stay clear of this business. They were charging me nearly double what the other insurance companies do. I went in to see what they could do for me with any kind of discount and they tried to sell me more coverage using fear tactics.
I cancelled my coverage and then they still charged me for the coming month. When I revived my refund it was $30 short of what was owed based on the idea that my coverage dates were different for both cars that I own, even though they were paid out on the same date every month for years.
