We have been customers of Prairie Land for both home and auto insurance for more than twenty years.
We usually deal with Linda or James. They are always very responsive, polite and supportive of any situation.
We have experienced a hail damaged roof, a kitchen fire and a water leak during our time with them. All issues were dealt with to our satisfaction.
We would wholly recommend Prairie Land Insurance Agency, especially for the customer service aspects, and human interaction

I've been a customer of Linda's for quite a number of years now. She's very knowledgeable, responds in a timely fashion whenever I need something and has always found me great rates and coverage. Whenever Linda hasn't been available, James has always been great to work with too. Prairie land insurance has been my go to insurance carrier for many years. They truly care about my needs and do the best they can to get me the best insurance for the best price. I can call and talk to James or any of the staff and they are on it. They always follow up to make sure any claims are taken care of and if i am satisfied. They cover my home, both businesses, trucks, trailers and equipment. I have had claims which all went very smooth. Very happy and would recommend them to anyone. We have worked with the folks at Prairie Land for over 20 years! Whenever we contact them with questions, they always respond quickly and in a friendly manner. We have only had a couple claims over that time. They are an independent agency that offers plans from different carriers, and they will periodically review our coverage to see if were are getting the best deal!
