Alejandra's team is incredibly responsive. They listened to my needs, explained their services and products well and beat what I was paying with my current insurance company. I did not find the staff pushy but rather accommodating to my needs. I'm saving a lot by switching to State Farm.

My husband and I are in the process of moving to Wisconsin from out of state and Vanessa has been helping us transfer over our vehicle and renter's insurance. Vanessa did an amazing job. She was very knowledgeable and professional, as well as very personable and caring... Our agent, Denise Ramos, was a real pleasure to work with. She was very pleasant and professional. She didn’t push us to get coverage that we didn’t need and helped us get coverage that we were not familiar with that was very beneficial for our needs. Once we settled on all the coverage we needed we were able to save quite a bit per month. It is nice to be able to meet with an agent face to face. We recently also met with Alejandra Bustamante, the owner of the agency. She was also very pleasant and professional. We look forward to working with them for many years.

We had auto and home owners insurance previously through an on-line provider when my wife got hit in Milwaukee and our vehicle was a total loss. Working with people via phone was a nightmare. Denise is awesome and super helpful. Everyone else in the office is also super great! The office is comfortable and they always offer free beverages. They always make sure you aren't overpaying for anything and break everything down to tell you exactly what you're paying for. Always a pleasant experience there!
