My car died on me and even though they were booked, they squeezed me in at the end of the day and had me up and running the next Bo was so nice and helpful, kept me up to date on what was going on. Price was really good, I intend to have them take care of my car from here on out.

Had to replace the entire AC system as the desiccant element failed and contaminated the whole system. These guys were forthright, honest, and up front about what needed to be done.
A few hiccups with the incorrect parts coming in, but these folks hooked me up with a loaner for the short term so I wasn't stranded without transportation, which is huge because of my wife's and my work schedules.
Very personable ladies and gents working here, and kudos to our tech Shawn (hope I spelled that right brother)! He had a huge job to complete... and he was still smiling at the end... well at least in front

This place is a rip off. After replacing an alternator and then battery (which I just replaced) the dash panel controlling the radio and AC wouldn’t work. Bo told me they had to try 5 different batteries to get the right one. Bo claimed the alternator caused the panel to go out and would be another $137 to reprogram. Bo said maybe the reprogramming would work but might not. I took it to the dealer who stated the panel went out because the battery was not replaced properly. They also stated reprogramming MUST be done by the dealer. I’m willing to bet they would have said they reprogramed

Innovative Auto Solutions provided the best, most bang-for-my-buck solution for my Jeep trailhawk. I live in Denver, but trust no else and happily bring my Jeep to Abq to be repaired by Demost and crew. They also continue to answer my questions and give advice, post-service. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend.
