Give the oil time to drain out, and have the whole under-carriage inspected. Remember, you've run your car thousands of miles.

Had a fuel pump failure in a heat wave traveling through Arizona. Called ahead to Flash Auto in Albuquerque New Mexico. Jerry and Mike took me in and fixed me up and had me back on the road in one day. Ordered the part that evening and started working first thing the next day. Replaced fuel pump and #8injector

I called around and no one was willing to give me a quote. I didn't need old school mechanical work. It was resetting my mother board (TCM)everyone else wanted me to tow my car to them and be trapped. I called Brandon he answered and he gave me a quote. An expectation was all I needed within 48 hours I had my car back and Brandon went a step further and fixed another issue for me. My only regret was not thanking Brandon personally. So thank you a million times I felt safe in your care. You called me with updates when you said you would. That meant a lot to me. If my car ever gives me trouble again

After a long road trip, I pulled into my parking lot and then my car decided that was it. I looked up what it could possibly be and came to the sad realization that the power steering pump had likely failed. The next day I called around and priced out some options. Nobody could take my car this week except for Flash. This is important because I commute about 30 minutes to and from work.
I brought it in the next day and they ran the diagnostics and confirmed my suspicions over the phone. I have cursory car knowledge and suggested a remanufactured part instead of a brand new one, as the brand new

I took my 2003 Sport Trac in after it was “ fixed” by another shop that had it 5 different times (for a total of 2&1/2 weeks)to fix the same problem. They could never get it fixed. I was treated horribly by this shop. Flash Auto (Jerry and Mike) were wonderful. Mike diagnosed my problem fixed my truck and I got it back within 36 hours. He replaced all the parts that the other shop replaced twice. He made sure that the job was done RIGHT!! Let me add, this was a clutch issue, I am a female daughter of a mechanic and know my way around a vehicle. I have been driving a manual transmission vehicle

Called on Monday and spoke with Jerry about my radiator light. He made an appointment for me first thing Tuesday morning even without my asking. Very concerned and professional. The people there give you old fashion customer service. Hard to find these days. Very nice facility. The customer lounge is large, clean and offers coffee and soft drinks while you wait. They fixed my car and I was on the road within an hour.

Honest place - the first time I dealt with them they actually advised me against repairing my car and spending $$$ at their shop because the car was in such poor shape they couldn't guarantee repairing it. That's right, instead of taking my money to do ineffectual and *costly* repairs and then claim more needs to be done, they actually told me *not* to spend money trying to repair it and instead to sell it for parts or donate to a charity.

2 days and $130 to "diagnose" a disconnected line and fill with transmission fluid. That's ok. When I asked to have it explained why it took so long and cost so much I was told to "do it myself and not bring it in if I thought I could do better". That is not ok. It was towed by AAA and this was their recommended shop. Next time I'll take the guys advice and have it taken anywhere else but Flash.

A friend recommended Flash Auto. She brings her Subaru there because they do "excellent, honest work and treat women with respect." Flash Auto took good care of my vintage Toyota pick up. Chris used simple language to explain options and charges to me. Jerry encouraged me to be proactive, showing me something to keep watch on. I felt informed. I notice a bad Yelp review by a woman complaining of "condescending attitude" and how they got her on the road faster than expected. I read some of the reviewers other Yelp comments, you know how the annoying squeaky hinge gets the oil

Most females I know cringe at the thought of taking their car to a mechanic and getting ripped off especially with A/C problems which can be costly.
I went here based on web reviews and was not disappointed. Chris, the service manager, was friendly and explained everything. They examined my car and explained recommendations. Charges were reasonable and service prompt. They have a waiting room with wi-fi. I highly recommend them for auto maintenance and repairs knowing you won't get ripped off.
