We were very impressed with the amazing service and how committed they were to fixing my husband's gaming computer problems. They worked very hard and had it for a few days but that was expected to resolve the issue. Great customer service we would highly recommend for any computer services! Was having overheating issues with my laptop and was scared to do anything besides clean the fans with compressed air. My laptop was picked up at around 9 PM and returned the next morning with fresh thermal paste and some additional screws that had been missing. Since the repair the computer has worked much better, thermally and usage-wise. I highly recommend this for any kind of PC/Laptop service. Very quick turnaround and thoroughly done.

I play video games competitively, I got gifted an i9-9900k for an early Christmas present as I have important matches TONIGHT. I called precision needing a miracle as I do not have the experience nor the supplies to swap CPUs quickly, and neatly. I probably would have had thermal paste all over everything. Within an hour I had an appointment with one of their very professional techs Noah, who was willing to work after hours to get it done. Cannot explain how impressed I am. Hats off, would recommend 100%.
