In the past would rate 4*. Quality has gone downhill. Jackets were stretched out of shape, fabric wasn't crisp, seams were overpressed and faded, wrinkles pressed in, pockets were stretched and turned out. The new, big dude tries to be friendly, but ultimately doesn't know how to talk to people, or to keep the line moving politely. Would have given 1*, but I think it was just benign incompetence and not malicious intent.

I am the national chaplain for a Veterans group and have had exceptional service from this location. I have brought in items to be cleaned on short notice and they have been great. I have never had any issues with them and until this posting they have not known I was the national chaplain. I was just a standard customer. Treated courteous and promptly.

My girlfriend had a coat cleaned here recently. The coat - was a mink coat that was her grandmothers. She took it down and the woman who’s name begins with an M, told her the cost would be 20.00. The exchange was this, “How much will this cost?” “20.00”. No money was exchanged at the drop off.
When she went back she was told the cost was 56.00. When she asked why the variance this same woman told her that the 20.00 was a deposit. She did not pay a deposit nor was the word deposit mentioned whatsoever. She then had the gall to slip a smart remark in saying “Maybe in 1976 it would be

Employees provide misleading pricing. One of their older employees was very dishonest about their pricing. When I inquired how much it would be, I was told $20. I agreed, thanked them, and left. When I returned, it was $56. When I questioned them, they said $20 was for the deposit. To my understanding, and the rest of the world- a deposit is something you provide upfront prior to the service, and then it is applied when you return for the product. $20 was never taken from me. First experience wasn't great as far as quality of the clean and press itself. I would never trust them with any garments of any substantial value. Suit came out still showing simple stains and it was crispy and fresh pressed but wasn't aligned right during press and looked horrible. I saw a lot of garments on the rack and I've heard good things so I want to believe I just got someone new or they were having an off-day. I'd like to give them 1 more chance to get it right before writing them off.
