Great dry cleaners. Dropped off a winter coat along with some clothes that needed altering.

Always have a great experience here! I take all of my silks, cashmeres, and other delicates here. They always come back looking like they just came from the store! Plus, they're so fairly priced

Not only do they do a great job with all types of fabrics whether dry clean or launder, but they are the friendliest cleaners around. My parents used them forever and now I do too.

I have moved out of Pittsburgh, but had always used Sam's when I lived here with excellent service. But when my father passed away recently I had to make a fast trip back. I walked in to Sam's and asked Angela if I could get my son's suit coat done for the funeral that day, and she was awesome. Not only were they able to have it done, it was ready before the agreed upon time ! They are the best cleaners in town and are just GREAT people.

Wow, I’m in shock! I took them my RL suit coat which had stains that other cleaners have not been able to get out. Plus, it needed several repairs. They got the stains out and repaired it SO professionally. It looks brand new! I will continue to come all the way from Squirrel Hill to get this level of service! AND it was SOOO reasonably priced! So in love!!!

We always take our cleaning to Sam's but just recently had some alterations there also! Very nice work

I'll never go back here again. I needed a bridesmaids dress hemmed for a wedding. I'm very short so I clearly needed a lot taken off and, after measuring me on two separate occasions, he only took off about 3 inches. It's way too long and he took weeks to do a bad job so there's no time to get it fixed before the wedding. Save yourself the headache and tears and go somewhere else for alterations.

While dropping off the clothes they told me it is going to be a dollar to do a single alteration, when I picked up they charged me 6 dollars. It's not about the money but someone should stick to their word.

Wonderful establishment. Pgh is my hometown and im back for a funeral service. They rushed my clothes and came out perfect. Not just a cleaning. Had a suit that buttons were missing, a hem was being held together with medical tape. All fixed! The front lady (with strawberry blonde short hair, sorry i didn't get your name) was fantastic. She even remembered me the next day. Quality work for a great price.

This place is incredibly overpriced. i usually go to another tailor who happened to be out of town at a time when i needed an alteration. i went to sams and for just a small waist alteration they charged $15 more than my other tailor would for a hem and waist alteration on 2 pairs of pants!! the sewing job is even coming undone in places. also, the lady that rang me up afterwards was rude and not helpful. will not go here again. ever.

I had excellent service here. I took multiple of my husbands suits and everything was cleaned well and in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was very happy with my experience! Sam’s is affordable, and very easy to work with. Needed my suit professionally dry cleaned, and returned to me the next day, and they had no problems fulfilling my request. Super friendly workers! Definitely recommend!

Sams is an excellent dry cleaner however their "secret weapon " is having John work there as a tailor John does amazing work Several years ago I bought a " custom suit" made to measure in Nepal When it arrived one pant leg was 3 inches shorter than the other The jacket fit like an overcoat John though worked his magic and the suit now fits perfectly and I get compliments every time I wear it Sam's deserves 5 Stars !

Sams is a great dry cleaner! The staff is so friendly and their prices are really reasonable. In fact, they are cheaper than the other dry cleaners in Pittsburgh. If you drop something off, it will be ready in 2 days. Sometimes, if you need something really quick, they will have it ready next day if you ask. Sam's opens early and are open in the evening after work as well. I am in this plaza often, so Sam's is very convenient for me. The staff does an excellent job and I will continue to be a customer. I would recommend Sam's for your dry cleaning needs.

Verygood place, I highly recommend it. Nice family owned dry cleaners that does all the work on premises! I'm from NJ and 9 out of 10 dry cleaners ship their clothes out.

I was visiting Green Tree for a few days and needed several garments altered on short notice, for holiday events. Found Sam's listing via Google search. I took a chance, and was not disappointed in any way.
They were professional, timely and accommodating. Easy to work with. I was very pleased with the quality of work; nicely done and exactly what I wanted. It's been five months, and the tailoring has held up well. Will return and recommend to my family and friends in the area.

Very friendly and great work done. They may be a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. I would never go to another dry cleaner. They do altering right on premise, and quality every time.

This is a good cleaners.

It is on the expensive side, but I have had poor results from three other cleaners at various price-points, so in this market, I suppose it is competitive (FYI - the price to clean/press a mens shirt in other cities is FAR less expensive, but that is not Sam's fault!)

The folks who work here are very nice. They do not check for broken buttons (the very best cleaners do without prompting), but they will readily and gladly replace my buttons when I ask. They also do all their job right there, on site, which I suppose is not really a differentiator, but I like it
