If you want your clothing to be damaged and to be yelled at when you ask them to fix it, then this is the shop for you.
I took my clothes here for several months and all was fine -- clothes came back and looked good. But then they put a hole in a designer silk blouse and refused to take responsibility or fix the hole. They claimed to have fixed it three times without appearing to have done anything at all. The last time I went back to pick up the item the woman said it was fixed... and then was very mad at me when I showed her that it still wasn't fixed and said that it looked exactly as it had

Nothing magical about this experience. Save yourself money, time and grief by going elsewhere. I dropped off two articles with simple alterations...was told I'd have them within 10 days and it took 3 weeks. I go to pick it up and one of the articles, a brand new shirt, was stained and disgusting. Owner took no accountability and charged full price--$38 which is definitely overpriced for the work--simple hems. Will not be utilizing their services again and would advise everyone else to avoid as well.

Tiny little mom and pop dry cleaners on Broad street near Target. They do a very nice job on my husband's dress clothes. I with they had delivery but continue to go there due to the quality results. So much better than our previous cleaners.

Rich and his family do outstanding work with excellent customer service. I’m there twice a week. One time, I had a spot on my shirt that wouldn’t come out. Rich asked me to be patient and give him more time to work on removing the stain. Next time I went in (few days later), the shirt was ready and the spot removed. They work hard and the prices are reasonable.

I was just thinking about this place the other day. I had worked for them when I was a teenager. They are hard working professional people, and the best bosses I ever had once I stepped out into the working world. You want something done right. You need to see these people.

I have been using Magic Dry Cleaners for ~2 years, and these guys are great! They have gotten wine stains out of a white couch, they have gotten water stains out of silk, and they are always on time, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
