Like many people, we would prefer to be doing just about anything other than burying our heads in a computer or phone. So, though we are on Facebook, we are not likely to become masters of the social media universe. Incredible variety of inventory and pretty competitive pricing. However, some very important details to know before you buy:
1) Do not trust the listed hours on google maps
2) Do not expect for them to pick up the phone
3) Do your own research. This is always important when buying a gun, but one employee in particular here on multiple occasions has given me bad information and in one instance potentially dangerous advice. Gun safety is always number one, even if it means admitting you don't have the answer to a question.

Took a custom gun in to see if their gunsmith could put the caliber designation back on the barrel (it had been removed when the maker stoned the barrel prior to rust bluing). It seemed a simple question.
The gunsmith came out from the shop and took a look at the rifle. Before I could even state my needs, he started expounding on the faults of the rifle. He made rude comments about the wood, the checkering, and the shaping. Before even asking about the job I had in mind, I decided to just take the gun and leave. The gunsmith's attitude and lack of respect for the customer was entirely uncalled

If there was an option for zero star I would give them that.I called in asking if they had any 9mm ammo. they told me “unless I was buying a gun I could only buy one box”. When he answered the phone he was rude and acting like I was a burden for calling saying “who is this” well your loss I guess I’ll bring my business elsewhere.I was ready to spend 2500$ on all different kinds of ammo.

Called and spoke with someone who said they were open until 1:00 pm today. I arrive at 12:30 pm and there's nobody here.
Another guy in the parking lot said he was told the same thing and even drove all the way from Lake Wenatchee.
From what I gather, they have a good selection, but terrible service.

Update: returned and had awesome friendly service. Plenty of pistols and rifles to see!
Pretty short unfriendly service. I was visiting for the second time and they were closing. I was 99% sure that I was going to make a purchase on a $1030.00 rifle, they informed me they were closing so I figured maybe Monday and just wanted to know maybe what came with the gun, answer was "we don't know that, we don't know that right now" , so turned around and walked out, probably not to return.

I've been a fairly steady customer for many years. Haven't ever been disappointed with my purchasess. My questions have always been answered with a Jack Webb "just the facts" approach, which I respect and appreciate. I have relied upon thier expertise when making a decision between firearms and ammunition. The only place I have ever seen a Volcanic and a Johnson for sale at the same time. When they are slammed I just browse around and enjoy the moment. I just like the place.

3. Know everything before you go inside the store.
4. When you ask to see a handgun, make sure that you are ready to purchase it., right away
5. Expect to wait 20 minutes by the counter without anyone coming over if you need some help (even if there were no people in the store)..
That is the service that I received at that store...

Purchased a new S&W m&p 15 5.56 rifle from Dj’s. This was my first purchase from them and it won’t be my last. The customer service was amazing. A gentleman who was wearing a set jewelers magnify glasses was awesome he has a great sense of humor and is very Helpful and friendly. A lady who was also very kind also helped me. Really cool place to check out!

Good little shop! Tons and tons of guns. It can be a little hard to find because it is tucked back between a couple other businesses. Went on a Saturday morning and it wasn't too busy. Went there to sell my shield and got a very fair price for it. The staff was very friendly and I could see myself going back to do more business.

As reflected by numerous other posts; this is probably the best gun store around beside Greens on Whidbey Island! Bruce knows more about firearms than anyone I've met and will help you put a value to antique weapons with impeccable accuracy. Fair, honest and a selection that can't be beat! If your in the market for a special "boom stick," this store is a must visit!

Great place, quick, efficient and fair service. Going to work fishing in Alaska for three months and obviously couldn't take my 45 Kahr with me that I shouldn't have brought. They gave me a fair price for it. Thanks Roger, Tina and Bruce. Bruce and Tina are the owners and they have been in business for over 35+ years. Highly recommended.

Bought dozens of firearms over the couple decades, longtime loyal customer. Aside from being a general irratant to Tina, they have outstanding service and the best selection of 'classic' blued steel and wood, along with the usual contemporary stuff. Good folks, family owned gun shop with class....untypical in all the good ways.

Have to say I love this place. Either I am going on a hunt for my next purchase or just browsing their inventory, I always want to come back and see what's new. They have always treated me and my friends fairly and given us the best pricing they could. I've purchased a few firearms from them and I've recommend and helped a few friends find their next purchases. Great selection, friendly staff, and easy transactions... I recommend buying here before going anywhere else.

Purchased my first gun here 25 years ago, a lot has changed at the store since then. In total I have bought or traded around 15 guns here over the years. It's family run and they do have some regulars that will hang around, that's a good sign in my opinion. I always drop by when I'm in the area, an occasionally buy a gun or ammo or whatever. I appreciate the no hassle approach and always friendly faces with no tough guy attitudes in the place. I feel like the prices are fair and they offer a fair trade value. Will always be my fist stop when looking to buy a firearm.

I perused their selection of over/unders for about a year, stopping in after work trying to find that "just right" fit. That whole time they never pressured me to buy, and were happy to help me on my quest.
...Finally, after about a year there it was, price was great; their only ask was to come back in to show pictures of the pheasant hunting trip.
Awesome shop, i can't say enough good things about them!! Customer for life...

Went in today for a new part. Could have bought online. However, they had it in Stock AND once I figured the transfer, it was best to just take home.
Lori was great, fast and knowledgeable. Thanks again crew, beats the cap outta waiting.
Long and short, inventory is the best around. Cabellas and Cheaper Than Dirt have a lot to complete with.

This place has a very family feel. Service isn't fast compared to most businesses, but compared to most gun stores? I was pleasantly surprised, and the staff were all friendly. Prices were fair and the selection is great, especially for antiques. My only gripe is that the gun I bought (an antique) was not very clean inside. Nothing I couldn't fix, but it didn't look like they did any cleaning after they obtained it.

I called Dave (one of the owners) and conversed with him about selling a couple of my guns. He was pleasant and helpful over the phone.
When I finally got around to drop by the store, Dave was off that day. Bruce (the other owner) was just as friendly and helpful. He helped me all the way from the moment I stepped into the store until I completed my transactions.
Excellent local gun store. I will be back to make more purchases. Good dealer!
