Great little gem in Cannon Beach

We discovered this beautiful place in reviews on various sites, and so glad we did. We stayed in 3rd week of October, so it was very, very quiet, but what struck us most was the location, cleanliness and flawlessness of the room and grounds. I can't remember a place being so perfect! Not a knick or gouge or paint chip. The family/owners takes tremendous pride in their property.

Our room was a very nice size, with sofa, wall mounted TV, king bed and a table and chairs. We had a nice kitchenette stocked with everything we needed, and a view of Haystack Rock

From the get go the communication was fantastic and friendly and made us feel welcome before we even got there.
They were just packing up for the night as we arrived but had already informed us where our key would be and what to expect - luckily we caught them before they left so we got the key direct from them.
Upon entering the room we were really pleasantly surprised with how warm and welcoming it was and so very clean - I must have said about 20 times to my hubby how much I liked it.
The fire had been put on already so it was literally warm when we walked in. very spacious

We stayed here last weekend and absolutely loved this place. Customer service was amazing. The place is 2 minutes walk from the beach, dog friendly and very clean and comfortable.

Room was very nice. Staff was very nice. Would love to stay there again when we come back to Cannon Beach.

Enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze Court. Great room, quite, super clean. Everything we needed was available. The bed was comfortable with a great selection of pillows. I have found the pillow I have been looking for here at Sea Breeze Court. I came home found it online and ordered it.
We will stay again our next trip to Oregon!!

This place exceeded my expectations for sure. It's a full suite. Kitchenette, fireplace, lovely balcony, separate bedroom with one of the queen beds. A few hundred yards from the beach front.
Would definitely stay here again.

I'd never thought I'd LOVE a motel, but I do. Sea breeze court is a family owned adorable quaint motel in cannon beach. We had the good fortune of booking 2 night reservation during Portland's extreme heat wave in June. I don't know how we got so lucky, but we did.
My first pleasant encounter with SBC was when my husband and I called to determine what type of amenities was available in our room. The owner called shortly after I left a message. Suppper friendly, and told us that all rooms had a small kitchenette, toaster, mini fridge, keurig machine (with coffee at the front

This little hotel is very homey. The owners are kind and helpful, the rooms are spotless, and you're about a block from Canon Beach.
Affordable, pet friendly, close to amenities like food and drink. After arriving we decided to book another night because it's just the perfect little home away from home on our vacation. And as you can see, the dog approves of the bed (he's sleeping on his own blanket while visiting).

I stay here every time I go to Cannon Beach. Cute place, clean, the couple that run it are very nice, and it's close to haystack and downtown. Love this place.

This is easily my favorite place to stay in Cannon Beach. Simple, straightforward, unpretentious. It's not even on the side of the beach, which means one needs to walk the pleasant 2 blocks to get to the water. But we walked there. And also to town. To the library. The restaurants. The glassblowing place next door. We've come back every year to Cannon Beach and this is always the first place I'd look. Spacious, not air conditioned but breezy, and big old Haystack Rock is peeking at your window.

We stayed in a King Studio room. It was the cheaper option at the time we booked, so we didn't expect much. What we got was fantastic. A very spacious room, A gas fireplace, nice sized windows and a patio. The bathroom had plenty of space as well.
My partner laid down on the couch and fell asleep easily. The bed was super comfortable and I never wanted to get out of it. It was difficult to crawl out in the morning.
We will be booking here again!

The owner's are awesome! Everyone was super friendly! I've been staying at hotels/motels along the oregon coast for many years. This by far was in the top 3 if not the top spot of places we've stayed. The rooms are perfectly set up, dog wash outside that is warm water, they offer so many amenities and make you feel comfortable. This will definitely be out new and only spot to stay when visiting the nw part of the coast! Thank you Sea Breeze Court for your your cleanliness and hospitality!

I've traveled a lot all over the country during my life and I will say, this has to be one of the best places I've stayed! Check in was fast & friendly. Small lobby, but it's a small family owned hotel that makes you feel more welcomed than "the big guys". The gentleman who checked us in offered bags of coffee that were located on the shelf in the lobby to take back to our room and I also noticed tons of DVDs to borrow for your stay as well. He also was accommodating when we asked if we could check out 15-20 minutes after check out, because my fiancé had something

This is our 7th annual trip to the Oregon Coast and first time staying at Sea Breeze Court booked through Hotels.com. Due to Covid, we didn't plan the trip way in advance like in the past; therefore, I wasn't quite sure about the accommodation. Sea Breeze did not disappoint.

The check-in process was super easy. The small office (open until 8 pm) had 2 book shelves full of movie DVDs for guests to borrow. You can also help yourself to coffee pods and tea bags. A Tupperware box of plates, cups and utensils were available upon request.

I just came for an overnight a while ago and had an amazing experience. Making my reservation was super easy. Erik and his wife were both super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was super clean and comfortable. I loved the gas fireplace which made it all super cozy. It's all super close to the beach and lots of spots downtown. I'll definitely be coming back, and this'll be my go-to place to stay in the future!

Very nice rooms even nicer staff. Seems to be a husband and wife duo and the customer service is A+. So far very quiet in a busy beach town tonight and we are settling in with a movie. This will definitely be a destination for us to stay.

Wow, just oh wow, we really lucked out here! The suite is just perfect since I'm traveling with my teens, son and daughter! They had a queen bed and pull out sofa bed to share in the living room while I had a queen bedroom and could shut the door! The bed on the living room was quite comfortable, the sofa bed had the usual thin mattress but it didn't bother my son! My bed was soft (but not too soft!) and comfy, the room was perfect for sleeping with the window open to smell the breeze! From start to finish these folks went far above and beyond for us. We originally booked a room at another hotel but were then told our original reservation was cancelled due to a mistake overbooking. After hearing about the mixup Sea breeze Court not only made sure we had a room with them last minute (on a busy holiday weekend to boot) but the room had an extra bed and was about 100 bucks cheaper than our original reservation. Our stay was comfortable and the room was incredibly clean and inviting....and so close to the beach and downtown shopping! To top it all off we left some items in the room

We normally stay in Manzanita but we thought we would give this place a try on Cannon Beach. Well, we are glad that we did. We got a nice room with a view of haystack rock for less than $100 including taxes and we had our dog. You just won't find a cheaper place that is this clean and well positioned. I would absolutely recommend this place for a quick get away.

Our second stay was a great as our first. You cannot go wrong staying here. The place is reasonably priced, clean and the owners are very friendly. It is one block from the beach, you can hear the ocean from your balcony, the bed is real comfy and there are two great coffee places within half a block. There is plenty you can walk to, including the heart of downtown.

The studio room has small fridge, micro, plates, utensils, wine glasses and everything you need to eat in. The two bedroom has a full kitchen with full fridge & dishwasher. Both have fireplaces, table, and couch. Feels homey and

I recently stayed here for the second time in a two-bedroom unit, because 1. Cannon Beach is a great family and pet-friendly place, and 2. The full kitchen allows us to eat on a budget with a 4-kiddo family, and 3. The relaxed feel makes it seem like we're visiting longtime friends.

I could easily add to this list, but instead I'll highlight why a family like mine should consider staying here.

Location: Cannon Beach is a quiet, laid-back town where the beach is within walking distance most places. And I don't mean like in California where you have to cross a crazy busy street

This place is great! It's affordable, doesn't have the three night minimum that rentals in canon have, it's clean, has a great location, and the staff is super friendly. Plus, they are dog friendly which is a huge plus!!!

They have two bookshelves of DVD's. The wifi is not great, which is fine when you're on vacation and unplugging, but just FYI if you need a steady strong wifi connection.

We've stayed a few times and will definitely be back.

This place definitely had that homey feel in that things were casual - nothing uptight about this place! When we arrived there was just a note on the desk saying the lady was in one of the rooms cleaning, so I think it's maybe just two people that we could see who run this place. Very kind people.

We got a suite for 5 of us and it had windows facing the sunset (and ocean but the roof tops make it hard to see), good kitchenette set up, 1 bed in separate room, 2nd bed in living room with foldout couch. My favorite part was our room #204 had the bathroom around the corner from the main space
