50 years ago, Hatfield Medical Group began as and still is a family business. Our doctors found that the greatest barrier to patients' health was that incentives for good service did not line up with the way payments are structured. Now, as a primary care group serving Adults on Medicare, Hatfield Medical Group is embracing value-based care.
At Hatfield Medical Group, our redefinition of what a doctor's care can be is doctor-driven and patient-focused. Adults on Medicare will see their care team when they come to our comfortable, modern clinics. Patients also receive support with their insurance paperwork, on-site laboratory work, and partnership in navigating the Medicare healthcare maze.
We know that our patients deserve a new way to experience healthcare where we could be accountable for their outcomes. Because we take ownership of our patient's entire healthcare journey, we are able to serve them for their whole lives, not just when they are sick. We want all of our Medicare patients to lead long and healthy lives and we offer the best preventative care techniques available.
If you have to go to the hospital, the most dangerous time for you may be when you are discharged. We are here to make sure your needs are met as you return home. Our dedicated Transitional Care Management Coordinators (TCMs) will assist by reviewing all discharge instructions and help you get back to your everyday life.

Hatfield Medical Group will provide you with Patient Service Coordinators (PSCs) to help you understand your benefits so you can focus on your plan of care. I have been a patient with Hatfield Medical for 14 years. I have visited every location at one point or another and have received excellent care at every single location. They have been there as my kids have grown into adults and have cared for our whole family and understand that family dynamics affect our health. I will always remain a Hatfield patient!

My daughter Kristi is a 48 year old invalid child that was not supposed to live to be 2. She cannot walk or talk or sit and has to be taken into the office in a wheelchair bed. Dr Hatfield is so kind and caring and attentive to her and even though she cannot speak she thanks him when she looks at him with her crystal blue eyes. Every time that I visit Hatfield Medical Group, I’m treated with respect. They are a busy office, but I never feel rushed. If I mention an ailment that the doctor feels that he can’t handle, he immediately offers a referral.
If I am a little late, and they don’t have an appointment available, they will always check one of their closest offices and offer a ride there.

If you want to go to a place that is considerate of your time find someplace else to go.
Every time I go there it's in half an hour to 45 minute wait for my appointment time.
This morning was no different as I had an 8:00 a.m. sharp appointment to have my blood drawn as I had to be in downtown Phoenix at 9. I show up 5 minutes before 8 and let the front desk know I am there for my 8:00 a.m. 10 minutes go by no one calls my name or invite me back. I go to the front desk and let them know I need to leave soon, That my appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m. Front desk guy said he would look into

Dr. David Hatfield was my doctor at the Chandler office years ago, and I went out of my way to follow him to the Stapley location. He listens and considers my individual situation and care needs. The office staff at the Stapley location are fantastic. I was in yesterday and was very happy with how kind and efficient everyone was. I was early and sat in the waiting room long enough to observes the receptionist interacting with a few other patients. David Hatfield was very professional and listen to me instead of interrupting me. The staff was sufficient caring and polite. It was one of the most Pleasant doctor visits I've ever had.
