Titus Funeral Home s truly unlike any other funeral home. You may think every funeral home is the same with the same funeral services, but we have shifted how families can say their final goodbye. We believe that every individual is unique and therefore each person deserves a ceremony that honors their personality, values, and passions.
The beautiful historic home at 122 N.High Street, Warsaw, Indiana was owned by Judge Frazier until 1937 when Paul Bilby purchased and remodeled it as a funeral home. It was in this block of High Street that horse thieves were hung and the Underground Railroad came up providing freedom for the slaves of the South.
We have brought personalization to funeral service like you have never seen before. Our goal from the start has been to transform the memorialization of individuals into much more than their personal stereotype. We are the exlusive Life Celebration provider in Kosciusko County. Video tributes can be put on DVD's or in video tribute books and will perpetuate your memories for years to come.

From start to finish EVERYONE at Titus Funeral Home made things very easy and stress free in the most difficult time. I truly appreciate the kindness I received and the way they took charge and took care of things that I couldn’t/didn’t even think about needing to get done. Thanks to Cory and the staff at Titus the visitation and service for our mom was beautiful in every way. From the slideshow of family photos, to the printed booklet for guests to the way the team was ever present without being intrusive, they exceeded our expectations. Goodbyes are important and Titus helped us plan one that honored our mom. It brought my family a great deal of comfort and for that we’ll be forever grateful.

Cory and his staff provide excellent customer care and service at a very difficult time. From start to finish, with phone calls.zoom meetings, and on-site care, we couldn't have asked for a more comforting and positive experience when we needed it most. The facility itself is exceptional.......beautiful and clean. We were so pleased at the funeral service for my father-in-law, with the added details that were provided to really personalize the service for him. It really meant so much to us.
