Went in the shop for an acrylic take off and gel polish on natural nails......The tech was super nice, but did not comprehend what I requested. I thought my request was super simple. After filing the acrylic and cutting them with clippers...she proceeded to start my gel polish without applying a base coat...After I informed her that I needed all the acrylic off- there was still confusion. Being nice I said nevermind just do the gel polish. As she was getting ready to apply the gel polish....I informed her that she had to apply the base coat before applying the polish. This place left a lot to be desired. The stained bowl to soak in, being told that it was cleaned with water, spraying of the tools with alcohol and not waiting the minute for it to dry, to the person doing the pedicure not knowing what to do.... If I wasn't going to a wedding I would have went somewhere else. The polish was chipped 2 hours after I arrived to the wedding.

You can definitely tell the owner have changed. I use to go here for months when it first opened . Today I decided to go in for a simple acrylic removal one person was checking in and the guy told me to come back no explanation . Great way to run a business. Also they have a sign stating if you are not happy with the service come back in 5 days to get it fixed with same color . What does that tell you?

Never been to this place. I've always seen it passing by as I live close to here. i decided to give it try since I have an event on July 4th. Walked in, quiet, ambiance is relaxing. Signed in and it was only 5 min wait. I got the mani and pedi. They are very focus on quality. I would come back again. They do enforce masks still vaccinated or not. I appreciate a business like that.

I picked Delux because it was closes to where I'm living right now. Didn't know any of the shops. But I found one at first pick, Kim did my nails and she did an amazing job. I was more than pleased I was extactic. So far the nails have held up no chipping I will be returning to have Kim put a different color on my nails. When she massaged my hands it felt so good, cause I have arthritis in both.

The best pedicure I've had in years? I will be returning. They were very professional and also very strict with this covid19 going on. They made my mom and I feel at ease. Thank you Delux!

Warning! Any gel color costs $25, in addition to your service. It is not posted anywhere so please be advised. Service was good. The lady accidentally cut my toe with the cuticle scissors, but she promptly tried to stop the bleeding and antiseptic. I got regular polish on my toes and gel on my hands with a refill. Again, good service but $25 for gel polish is costly.

Quality of nails became worse, spend less time in massage than when I started coming. Usually leave some little wounds near my nails.

Worst thing - always make you wait for a looooong time.
I guess massage time reduced because of that, now they just throw towel on your hands, scrub it really hard and move on.

I was very pleased with the service here. My nail technician, Amy, was skilled and friendly. The pedicure and chair manicure were both great!

I decided to try Delux Nails & Spa today. I usually go to a place in Woodbridge. I was excited to try a place closer to my residence.

The establishment is clean. I saw them sanitizing instruments that were used. I chose a pedicure and a refill on my acrylic nails.

The pedicure was done by lady who was customer friendly. I liked the work she did. She was able to answer questions I had.

The woman that did my refill, was not as customer friendly. When she filed my nail using the instrument and emery board she burned my several of my fingers. When I was burned the third time I was ready to

I asked for a specific color and the technician said I would like a different color better. When I told her I didn't like the color she didn't care that I didn't like it. Don't waste your time here.

I've visited this salon twice. Upon my 1st visit I noticed that the prices aren't listed. That always makes me a little leery but I asked about the pricing and it was comparable to the nail salon I usually go to across the street. The woman did a good job and I decided that I would return again. My last visit I brought my mother along with me. She was asked to prepay for services!!!!!! I've never been so offended. Prices are reasonable. Place is clean and sanitary. However, not sure who did my pedicure but my foot was in serious pain. She nicked my skin so many times cleaning my cuticles. She knew it because every time she did it, she would look at me. My feet didn't soak long enough in my opinion before she started prying at them with the tools. I didn't want a cut down and she gave me one anyway. My toenails look nubby now. And when I got home and showered, the water hit my feet and burned. Oh yeah when she finished cleaning them it felt like she poured straight alcohol on my toes.

This salon is so close to my house and it was brand new so my sister and I gave it a try. We were greeted when we walked in, but when we tried to ask about the SNS dip the gentlemen didn't understand a word we were saying.... so we skipped that and went into getting our pedicure. My sister had to wait f o r e v e r for someone too start on her, the gentlemen I had gave me a really good massage but everything about my pedicure is awful. I got gel and it's already peeling off! Had my manicure just now and The nail tech did an amazing job really gentle hands and her finish work was awesome. Ask for Kayla when you go in she is awesome.

I am so happy that Delux opened up so close to Southbridge/Potomac Shores! Karen is absolutely amazing and the sweetest thing. She's so friendly, always in a good mood and smiling- even when dealing with customers who aren't so nice. She does the best pedicure I've ever had! She gets 10 stars all the way! Today was my second visit to this salon. I got a pedi & a fill. The older woman who did my pedicure was very good. The guy who did my fill is amazing. He has such a great sense of humor. I highly recommend this place.
