Here's the reason I love this place. Kimberly! She is fantastic. I went in there after another shop messed up my French tip nails for my birthday (though the other people were kind, they just didn't know how to do them properly). Kimberly gave me exactly what I asked for. I came in, told the manager/owner about the bad experience I had at the other nail shop and he was so kind and empathetic.

I love coming here. I have found my nail lady and her name is Lily! I feel like she knows exactly what I want done with my nails. I went in today to get my nails done since Lily is out at the moment. I was a little sad that I my nails were not exactly what I wanted and it took forever. BUT, I will be back! When Lily returns;)

0/10. I went to do a pedicure and asked if there was time for them to do acrylics and they insisted I stay and do it. They kept increasing prices after starting the service and after already telling me a price which was very unprofessional, but I still agreed. Another employee came over and said that for the design I would now have to also pay an extra 20 on top of all the bogus charges which included a charge for design. I was asking why and the man (same man who said my nail beds and hands are ugly) and woman start yelling at me and saying I can never come back, completely unprovoked as I was

Probably the worst and most unprofessional nail salon in the Lorton area! I went for a nail polish and my nails were done by a young apprentice. She was very friendly and polite but I had to tell her to use a buffer to make my nails look smooth and to also remove the dust before putting the nail polish on. She also didn't put a towel on the table or had me wash my hands.
The next day my nail polish started to chip on all fingers. I went back to get it fixed. The owner said it was normal since it's nail polish!! So they take your money and tell you afterwards that the service doesn't last more

I have been coming here since they opened and today I came in with no appointment and I can understand when it gets busy you have to wait but I timed it and I sat up front for 40 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me since I first walked in. Then when I finally got in another 20 minutes after having removal take the polish off. Usually it doesn't take that long but the person working on me just disappeared and has now come back and working on it and I will probably have to wait again. It's ok the tip just gets smaller and smaller the longer I wait.

I've been going to this place for years, because I found "my person." If you can relate, that's pretty hard to do. Unfortunately, my person moved. Otherwise, the place was clean and decent and I never had a problem with them until recently. They've started playing awful club music that's head-exploding. Why, I cannot fathom. I walked in and tripped over a chair because they piled them all the way up to the door. I went to get a pedicure and gel nails. They were nice people but after she did my pedicure she didn’t even move me to where they do nails. She seemed very rush and bc I was still in the pedicure chair, their was no light so we could not see how the nails turned out. I am not a picky person but I was not pleased. When I left the nail spa, I looked at my nails in the light and they were awful. Uneven and little dark bubbles. I didn’t want to be a rude customer so I did not go back in to complain but will def not be coming back. It’s not so cheap for a person to not be satisfied.

I wanted to like this place since it's close to where I live, but I'm really disappointed. I'm giving two stars because the pedicure was alright. One of the toe's cuticle was cut too short that it hurt standing for a couple of days. I was worried about getting an infection.. I also paid for mine and my sister's nail dipping. We both didn't get a manicure. Just straight to dipping. Which to me isn't worth $45. My cuticles looked like trash and my hands were dry. The work was done lazy. I've come here numerous times with no issues; I went before my wedding and had an awful experience. First, during my pedicure I was laughed at and ridiculed for not knowing that acrylics are no longer airbrushed but painted. Then, in addition, when I went to wash my hands after my manicure, I put the towel in a basket next to the sink. The whole salon was full and I was made fun of by the male owner (sits at the first table on the left) for putting it in the trash; when it wasn't even labeled. After my manicure, he refused to do the hand massage that I pay for. Awful awful.

My nails are top notch! 10/10 recommend this salon. Be willing to wait, it's worth it!! Charlie was my nail tech and the work he did was beyond what I have ever experienced. He made me feel comfortable and took time to make my nails perfect. He is a true professional!

Got acrylics done in a short almond shape and wouldn't recommend. The end result is not bad looking, however, my nails are in so much pain, and I got them done 6 hours ago. During the process my nails were treated roughly but I was told it was normal so I let it go. The skin around my nails was burning, as well as the underneath of my real nails because the glue got under them. I had nail polish left around some nails and was told it would "wash off after a couple of showers". In total I paid 60, even though I was told over the phone it would be 45. It was my first time visiting this location. I have been to the Springfield location before and this experience was way different. I came to get my acrylics taken off as well as a manicure. I was so disappointed in the service I received. I had my nails dipped in acetone for over an hour. The nail tech kept switching between different clients. If you know you are busy, tell us our wait time. But don't make clients sit in a chair and wait almost two hours to finish with the nail service. Great nail salon in Lorton! My most recent trip I got the spa pedicure and manicure. It came out very nice, awesome work by the nail technician. They really do take their time to produce clean work.
During my first trip, I got a gel manicure and it only lasted a few days (sadly). Maybe it's because I washed my hands frequently? But, nonetheless I was a little bummed it didn't last as long as I wanted to.
All in all, I highly recommend this nail salon and suggest making an appointment!

I had a very lovely experience here! The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Nina did a great job on my manicure and pedicure! I love it! Another girl (I'm sorry that I don't remember her name) waxed my eyebrows and I love them too! I will definitely recommend this business to friends!

I live down the street and I usually go to springfield mall. My sister told me to go here and I'm happy I did. I will say I was here for two hours. Two different people did my full sets. They do take their time on your nails and make sure you like it. I like coffin nails but I hate how some salons make them Chunky. I told Charlie what I wanted and he got the shape perfect. Chopstick finished my nails and they came out perfect.

I went to this shop for the first time and was serviced with Danny. My overall experience was good however, I did not like the approach measures being taking during covid pandemic. No temperature checks and only request you use sanitizer, not wash hands before service. Other than that... the experience was good and full set came out great.

I had acrylics done from some other nails spa. After a few days, I realized how bad they were looking because the technician there used bigger nail tips, that also damaged my own nail, the nail tip ripped off along with my original nail.
Then I went to the Vivian's Nail Spa in Lorton. I went there only to get rid of the fake nails when Charlie, one of the technicians there assisted me. He asked me the reason of why I wanted to get rid of the acrylics, since they looked recently done. I told him the reason and he could also see that they were poorly done. He offered to fix them and I agreed.

I came here after a friend recommended the place. Her nail tech, Tina, was unavailable so I just saw who was available. I went on a Saturday around lunch time. Lots of regulars, but not a whole lot of staff to handle walk ins. I had to wait a bit, but they did lose some clients due to the wait--I was in no rush so 15 min wait wasn't a no go. I think my tech did a good job. A few days in, I don't see any peeling, bubbles, or issues with the color application at all. The nail preparation process was pretty decent also. I wish they did a little more hand/forearm massage at the end. Overall
