The administrator, Christian, yelled at my 84 year old mother about a physical therapist coming into the building. First of all my mother doesn’t work there, she was just visiting my father. Secondly she did NOT let the physical therapist in, One of the people that work there did. It was extremely unprofessional, not to mention abusive. He did not start yelling until after the physical therapist had left. I just wonder what the heck this guy is doing to these elderly people in his care when no one is around. My mother also mentioned that no one was in the building at times. Mind you he has several
