Services
It is not easy to find a new home for your loved one; and your loved one deserves a community in which he or she can flourish. Spectrum Seniors is confident that we can deliver an experience and service that you can trust. All of our clients are unique and have their own needs and preferences.

Our staff works hard to accommodate all of those individual aspects because we appreciate that it's an integral part of independent living and the happiness that comes with that. This service is to reduce family caregiver burnt-out and especially helpful for a family member living long distance from a loved one.
Non-medical caregivers providing assistance with activities of daily living including grooming, shower/bathing, toileting, eating assistance, meal prep, shopping, medication reminders and many more. Many agencies use this term interchangeably with hospice care but other agencies (Kaiser, V.A and Sutter) use this type of care for those who are at advanced stages of a disease but has more than 6 months of life expectancy.
First and foremost, you want to be sure that the care agency is bonded, and fully insured with worker's comp, general and professional liability insurance.

Furthermore, the care provider should not only be compatible with your loved one, but should have successfully passed the background check with DOJ fingerprint clearance, and is registered with State of California Home Care Organization Registry in addition to having the necessary experience to perform the task at hand.Dementia experience is always a plus.
I started my nursing career as a Charge Nurse in Pacifica Skilled Nursing & Rehab but found my passion for assisted living when I humbly stumbled upon as a Resident Services Director (equivalent to Director of Nursing) in Atria Senior Living in San Mateo. My 2 children practically grew up in assisted living facilities with many "adopted" great-grandparents.

Grace and her team has gone above and beyond to take care of our brother for the past two years. She truly cares about her clients and has been an excellent caretaker and advocate. My brother really enjoys their visits and sees them as his friends. Grace has provided our family helpful insight about him so we can continue to optimize his quality of life. I could not recommend Spectrum Seniors more highly!
