We have been working with Nina from BaB for 6 months now, and we cannot recommend her highly enough! We were initially unsure how much of a value addition a personal fitness trainer will be, and were really just testing waters. But it has been such a great experience that we not only continued working with Nina but also recommended BaB to many of our friends.

I began my fitness journey with some pretty specific challenges- primarily being that I needed to work out at 04:00 AM California time. I searched for help, but came up short because no one is working at 04:00 AM. I emailed initially looking for help to start the process of returning to a healthier version of myself and Warren at BaB set me up with Roy. I have some physical limitations and so was hesitant to begin. I shouldn't have been. Roy has been phenomenal. He offers physical training and nutritional advice with a positive, encouraging attitude. I made the right choice. Roy is always on time, unfailingly kind and funny and knows his craft. Since I began training with Benjamin I have seen great results. I still have a ways to go until I reach my goal, but I am very confident that with his continued guidance and motivation, I will get there. I really appreciate the fact that he is always available if I have any questions or concerns. He has also been very flexible and accommodating to my crazy work schedule. Erik S. is the ONLY trainer who has ever helped me lose weight! (I’ve had 4 b4 him). He is the MacGyver of working out. World Pandemic... no problem! Erik can adapt any workout to his surroundings with limited equipment, body weight only or virtual if need be. He is also highly skilled in adapting training to any fitness level. He has made me feel very comfortable since day one. I would highly recommend Erik as a coach for any fitness goals.

My husband was having trouble with his weight and the neighbor recommended we contact BaB Personal Training as my husband was not into going to a fitness club. He had put on 50lbs. Over the last year and a half. I contacted BaB and they gave us a free consultation and sent a trainer named Montrell out to get him started on a tailored fitness program, along with a nutritional meal planning program. Montrell set up goals and as my husband achieved those goals Montrell would make him new ones that would further push him. Montrell constantly encouraged my husband and motivated him. I really like having a personal trainer that keeps me on track and focused. BaB is an expert trainer who knows how to get the best out of me. It is amazing how a couple 35-minute sessions each week and the home workouts that she created for me have made a big difference in a short period of time. I love training with Dubs/Warren because he really motivates and pushes me to keep going during our workout sessions. He is a great trainer that really cares about your progress and want you to reach your goals. He mixes in a variety of different workouts that targets different parts of your body in each session - it definitely makes the workouts more fun and not feel repetitive nor boring. He is very flexible and works around your schedule. What I also appreciate what Dubs does is that he comes to my apartment complex to train me, which is very convenient and saves me a lot of time.

In January 2019, I had reached my heaviest weight- 225 pounds! My (now fiancé) had just proposed and I knew that I didn't want to be uncomfortable in my body OR in my wedding dress. Matt is an excellent trainer. He kept me motivated and active each week. He was always at our meeting place on time or early, which was excellent because we had a very early start time. There's nothing worse than getting up early to find out you could have slept in, so I'm very appreciative of his consistent punctuality. As I mentioned previously, Matt was always able to keep me motivated and pushed me each week to perform at a higher level when it was appropriate. I fully recommend training with him.

3 major life changing events happened all with in 1 month. A move across the country, a job loss, and QUARANTINE! To say I was miserable would be an understatement. I was lost and let myself go.
Then I found Dubs! There are no words to express how AMAZING he is as a trainer and a person! With the gyms being closed we met up at a park and twice a week for a month he got me out of that slump that I was stuck in! With limited use of equipment we improvised and made workouts work! I originally selected Build a Beast because I liked the idea of my trainer coming to me. I definitely feel like for the quality of the sessions and the price is very reasonable. I feel stronger than when I first started. I was skeptical at first because I felt uncomfortable with someone coming to my house and seeing how much weight I had on my body. I have been training with Luke for 4 months now, and trust that he is one of the most dedicated and experienced fitness trainers around. I have always struggled with gaining weight, most likely because I never ate enough. I was weak and very, very unfit. I lacked basic confidence. At that point, I knew I had to make a noticeable change - I had to gain muscle and weight. Over the years I have joined various gyms, fitness classes, etc. but I would always drop off after a week or two, mostly because I never knew exactly what I needed in order to achieve my goals, and the entire process just felt boring
