My car was stuck in a ditch and this service was very unprofessional. they had me sitting in this ditch for over an hour, they told me that if i didn't have extra money to pay him he wasn't coming to help me out the ditch. i realize you guys have good reviews and comments on the site but i received a very unprofessional experience and i wouldn't recommend this company to NO ONE IF YOUR IN A EMERGENCY! AND DONT HAVE CASH ON SPOT TO PAY THEM. This man tried to slick me into paying extra for a service my insurance company told me was FREE! this company is SHAMEFUL

I had a great service experience with this company they understand what they are doing and know how to execute there job. I needed my pick up truck towed to the nearest tire shop and keith our tow truck driver had great information about the nearest location he took us there and where able to get the problem solve thanks again! Will use again

Broke down in Gilman, Illinois AKA Bufu, Egypt. Called AAA and they were incompetent. On my own I started calling tow places and was fortunate to find this place. Driver got to me within an hour and could not have been friendlier. I hope I never have to order a tow again but if I do then I wont hesitate to call these folks.

Excellent, prompt service from Larry Jr. , such a nice guy. Was very efficient & fast. It's never great when your car breaks down & thankfully the towing was 1 less thing I had to stress about. So thankful I called my ins company for a referral. I was towed to Kia & they also said great things about them. Highly recommend them when you get stuck with needing a tow.

First time ever being in Bourbonnais, IL and ended up needing a tow. Called the insurance company and they sent us John from Larry Menz. It was a very frustrating day but John managed to make us laugh after a rough day. He's well knowledgeable in what he does and I highly recommend him from this company.
