I was involved in an auto accident, searched for a lawyer and found Bill and all of his good reviews on google. I am very satisfied. Bill was very responsive to all of my questions. He got back to me even when he was on vacation! He did what he needed to do to get everything taken care of with my auto insurance & that alone was a pain! The idea of contacting a lawyer when my daughter got injured seemed kind of complicated, but Bill made it so easy! Mr. Failey was hired by my mom to help her through her case and from the first meeting and impression he was very honest and "real" with her.
