I have had the opportunity to watch Shepherd grow from an idea in Brandon Schwab's mind to what it has become today, which is awesome. My Mother-In-Law has been a resident at Shepherd for several months and the change in her has been incredible. She is more active, she has much better care and has a more positive outlook on life than she has had in quite awhile. I highly recommend Shepherd Premier Senior Living as a great place for the senior in your life who needs a sweet loving care!

My mother went through a traumatic injury and personal situation as well as two horrible experiences at other assisted living facilities. When were referred to Shepherd Premier Senior Living in Gurnee we looked at their website and met via video conference (due to Covid) with the owners and nurse we thought it was too good to be true. It seemed like the perfect place for my mom with high staff to resident numbers and a home like environment. From the move in day on the staff has been incredible and kind, my mother is very happy there and the environment has helped her recover from her past bad

My nurse, Michelle Garrett, and myself went to go see a resident yesterday afternoon. We sat outside on the porch. What a great home! Kim, your house manager, sat with us too. With high priced lawyers that quickly overpower small villages of Illinois, once quiet residential only communities, are now high traffic, unknown occupancy, "care" facilities, no longer suitable for single family occupancy after subdivided and compartmentalized for company profit.
