What an utter deception and disappointment. They claimed that no shop gives a warranty on labor when the parts are brought in by the customer because according to them, they "can't confirm it'll fix the issue", but that proved not to be true when I went literally down the street to another shop, that not only did the work on the spot, but first verified (at no cost) the OEM parts were the ones needed to do the work that would fix the issue the car had.

Worst mechanic shop ever!! I went there to install a Fass lift pump on my ram 2500 2020. I searched the internet find an authorized shop. Even though they were authorized, they had no idea where the pump went. Thankfully, I arrived few hours earlier to pick up my truck and I had to show them were to put it. The day after, I checked everything over and found that the hose that goes from the lift pump to the engine was too short and the wire harness was tied to the chassis, the clamps were loose and one off the clamps that attached the fuel tank was completely loose. My son owns a 2002 GMC Sierra 1500 4X4 and he heard a knock in the left front of the truck. He determined that the left upper ball joint was bad so he purchased two new upper and two new lower ball joints. He contacted this establishment and asked if they could install the new ball joints, he was told yes and it would cost $450 labor. After he picked the truck up he noticed that the top of the left front tire was leaning inward compared to the right front. First off the level of professionalism and customer service provided by Luis and his staff was amazing. I recently had the shop install a lift on my Jeep and will definitely be using them as my go to shop for all our repairs. Terrible experience. My air conditioning wasn't working and I knew the compressor was the source. I take it to this place and the guy said he had to run all the tests and that will cost 160$. He said it will take 1.5 hrs. Four hours later of waiting he tells me that the compressor is not working and needs to be replaced which is what I had told him right from the get go. His quote to replace it was 880$ and he said that he was gonna deduct the 160$. I called another auto shop and over the phone they gave me a quote of 475 with service included to replace the compressor by a new one. When I

Took my Fiat for AC and brake work. From the first phone call and speaking to Paul, my husband and I felt confident this place would professional and good mechanics. So glad we came here. Dealership gave us a huge runaround and no guarantees my car would be worked on. PAWS assured us service and it was returned same day. We took our car in because it was giving me trouble they said it was Catalytic converter that needed to be replaced. But they didn't have it so we opted for their suggestion to clean it. The next day the car was worse! The fumes were so bad we couldn't drive the car, and it kept trying to stall. We called but they were closed (it was a holiday). We ended up taking the car to the dealership. I called them to explain what happened and if they could give me a discount on what they charged me. Stay away from this place. This is one of the most dishonest business that I have ever seen. I went to have my car brakes checked. They told me that it needed new rear brakes. First, we were waiting for hours to get the parts because they order the wrong parts the first time around. The person behind the counter lied to us multiple times about not ordering the wrong parts and later telling us that the parts were already there.
