Rachel Lauser has been incredibly helpful to my aged parents in finding the best Medicare supplement plan.
First, she is a good listener. What exactly are we novices who don't speak the health care language saying about what we need from our health care coverage. She listens to our language and translates that into industry language and then feeds it back to us in a way we can understand and make choices.
Second, she is exceedingly knowledgeable. I can tell when someone is competent at their craft. Rachel Lauser is such a person. That knowledge is comforting to those of us who depend upon others

I have to give props to Rachel Lauser, she has been my agent since I can remember and has always takes such great care of me and my family, made horrible experiences not so horrible, from my flood in my roof , to my bursting pipe , and now a rock went through my window, all I did was text her a picture on sunday and next thing I know , monday she has someone coming out to my work and replacing my window the next day. I did not even have to make a call. She has taken care of many of my friends who were less than satisfied w their current insurance coverage and agent, and have provided them w exceptional

Met with Rachel Lauser regarding Health Insurance. My family and I are currently on COBRA and my husband was in a near fatal motorcycle accident. Rachel was so empathetic and helpful in guiding me through what my options are now and transfer over different insurance when our COBRA is up.
