Experience counts when dealing with complex medical and psychological injury claims. Assessing and treating injured workers is our specialty. We provide a proven treatment program to help workers cope with the effects of the injury event and facilitate return to work. Pain is more than a medical condition, it is a multi-dimensional life experience.

Chronic pain management requires more than medication and medical treatment. It requires individualized skills to manage pain effectively and improve your quality of life. Integrated Behavioral Medicine is a specialty group practice focusing on the treatment of chronic pain, trauma, anxiety disorders (post-traumatic stress disorders, panic attacks, etc.), depression, and adjustment to chronic medical conditions.
Services
Integrated Behavioral Medicine staff and affiliated consultants include psychologists, neuropsychologists, and psychiatrists with training and experience in a wide variety of behavioral and medical conditions. Services are provided at our Chicago office as well as at select physician offices. Dr. Kelley is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Illinois and Indiana.
The most common problem we hear from chronic pain patients is "no one understands my pain". Most patients have seen a variety of medical specialists yet remain frustrated and overwhelmed. These issues can often compound the pain and create a cyclical pattern of pain, distress, and limitations. Chronic pain management requires more than medication and medical treatment.
If you have experienced a job-related accident or incident and are experiencing problems such as stress, fear, panic, anxiety, PTSD, depression, or chronic pain, it is in your best interest to seek treatment from a healthcare provider knowledgeable of the Illinois worker's compensation system and return to work issues.
Please note that mental health benefits may be handled by a different company than your medical benefits. For example, if Blue Cross is your medical insurance, you may have another company handle the mental health payments. Be sure to contact the customer service number on the back of your insurance card to verify coverage for mental health benefits.
During normal business hours, our staff can assist you with questions about our services, insurance, and appointment scheduling. At times when our staff are busy assisting other patients, please leave a voice mail message and we will return your call at the earliest opportunity. You can reach our 24-hour voice mail system when the office is closed.
