Newport Limousine Service, LLC, was founded in May of 1999 by Judith A. Berry, LCSW. Ms. Berry holds a masters degree and has worked in various professions including publishing, mental health, and counseling as well as previously owning a small business. Our experience as previous limousine owners has given us a full appreciation of the complexities of establishing a good transportation business.
Our subcontractors must meet all federal and state licensing requirements, including regional airport policies and procedures. Vehicles must have the necessary levels of vehicle damage and liability insurance, as well as participating in all state yearly inspection examinations. This requires a high standard of vehicle maintenance and repair, with safety issues of our passengers given the highest priority.

Quotes for services are based upon date of service, vehicle(s), duration, pickup locations, and all destinations.
Our newest 11-Passenger Van is available for tours, wedding receptions, birthdays, and any event needing a nice, comfortable ride. 13 passenger Executive Coach with reclining leather captains chairs, privacy tint, TV/DVD/CD, 6 ft. of head room, 12V power pints, interior wood trim, and large luggage area.

Today it is the privileged traveler who marvels at the splendor of its historic mansions, breathtaking harbor and rustic natural beaches. Our fabled resort city of America's Cup yacht races has architecture from the Colonial Age, Victorian age, and the famous Gilded Age Mansions.
A deposit of 35% of the total price and a signed contract are required to hold the vehicle. Deposits are non-refundable, since many of our vehicles are booked a year in advance. Occasionally, we do apply a partial credit from the deposit to a future event, depending on circumstances and how soon we receive the cancellation.

Excellent company and great customer service! Rick is a joy to work with. They have the nicest and newest vehicles available at the best rates. I highly recommend this company. The phone number listed is out of service and google needs to update it. Make sure to check out their website for the accurate contact information.

I would highly recommend Newport Limo. We used their 30 and 40 person shuttles for our daughter’s wedding in Newport last weekend. They were right on time, very professional to work with, the luxury shuttles were of the highest quality, and they covered every detail of the night flawlessly! Rick was a pleasure to work with!

If you want a company that changes their prices throughout your booking process, go with these guys.
They play a back and forth game between the owners to gradually increase the price.
We were quoted 1099 on the initial call. Elijah calls back and quotes 1199, and over the course of the call it went up to 1400. When I confronted them about the changing price, he says "that's with the tip." I don't think they're aware of what "tip" means.
They have two very nice SUVs, but you're better off with a transparent and honest company.
Edit: the owner of the company texted me with charges of slander

We booked 2 school buses through Newport Limo for wedding day guest transportation. Newport Limo got our guests from to/from the blocked hotels to our wedding venue safely and on time, which is obviously the most important element. However, we did not discover until the week before our wedding that the bus service was actually subcontracted through Fisher Charter Service (based in Somerset, MA), and that Newport Limo was not actually providing the bus service directly. (We’d give Fisher 5 out of 5 based on our experience with them.)
