Dr. Crowder really knows his stuff, and his bedside manner is wonderful. So friendly and personable and easygoing! And does a great job explaining things. Did my fusion and will do upcoming spinal stimulator and I trust him 100%. The office has been great too.

Professional, caring, and great "bed side manner". Actually engages with and listens to you as the patient. Informs you of realistic options then allows you to make a truly informed decision.

I absolutely loved Dr. Crowder. He was the first surgeon I saw that knew right away where my pain has been coming from. I have been searching for help for over 20 years. I was told by two other surgeons that my back was too bad and I wouldn’t get much relief from surgery. He is going to do surgery on my SI joints, which I have known for several years that my excruciating pain was from my SI joints. I can’t wait until he does an SI fusion on me. He is such a sweet and understanding surgeon. I recommend him highly to anyone looking for a spinal surgeon.

Very bad experience!! Dr crowder messed up my back surgery then refused to fix it due to an outstanding bill...who does that?? Reporting to medical board as well!! DANGER!! DO NOT USE DR CROWDER FOR BACK SURGERY!!

I spent over a year unable to walk without pain in both legs, constant, extreme unrelenting pain. I could only lift 5 lbs without pain. After getting the shots in my spine and months of PT I finally got the referral to see Dr Young at Sonoran Spine. I was facing back surgery and that didn't sound bad after the year I had and Dr Young told me I was the perfect candidate for this procedure. I believed him. One conversation and I was at ease. Now a year after my surgery I am literally good as new... with some titanium additions, but pain free working, dancing and hiking. I highly recommend Dr Young

Avoid this place! The staff and its doctors are incompetent. It took well over a month, from appointment, to referral, to epidural as no one in that office moves fast or knows what they’re doing. They don’t call you, you are constantly calling to follow up with them and than they never know what for. So if your in any hurry to alleviate pain...run! They don’t care. Then when I had my epidural it provided zero relief. Never met Dr Mosallaie, he never introduced himself. No way was I going back or dealing with that place or doctors again. I had an appointment to see Dr Lyle Young. Whomever sent me an email to confirm my appt for 8/16/21 provided THE INCORRECT ADDRESS. I therefore arrived 15 minutes late and was told Dr Young had left for the day. The staff at the front desk are incredibly rude. I had my CD of my MRI....anyone of them could have apologized for THEIR error and offer to copy it....but no instead I just got a snotty attitude. I am NOT generally late to appointments....this is on this staff. She even had the gal to ask if this was the first time I was here. UNBELIEVABLE....such a disappointment!

I gave this company high marks because of my experience with Vanessa in the Gilbert Office. I met her twice and have never met the doctor that she works for. I needed to make an appointment and saw that a new office was opened in Queen Creek. I was told that I was not allowed to change doctors. When I explained I lived less than 2 miles from the Queen Creek Office I was told that was too bad, I had to come to the Gilbert office which is about 45 minutes away.
What kind of doctors are these people? That they refuse to allow a patient to switch doctors if the reason is the location is more accessible

Our experience with Dr. Young and his office has been exceptional. He takes time to listen and truly understand what the root causes are of the back pain my son has had for 9 months. He instills confidence and he has always been accessible via phone even if he can’t fit us into his schedule right away. What makes us trust him is that he is open to second opinions (whereas most doctors would get offended). He tells us all the options available beginning with least invasive procedures and doesn’t jump right into talks about surgery. Dr Young and his assistant Jeanne are quality medical professionals

The worst I would not recommend this office to anyone in pain.
After over a month I called them to see about my husbands appointment for an Epidural shot to ease the pain he was having. They said they were still waiting for blood thinner info from his cardiologist. I feel they should have at least called him to let him know this sooner so he could contact his cardiologist and get that info sent to them. They do not care about my husbands pain and he will not risk getting any shots from an office that has no sensitivity for its patients.

The Staff for Sonoran Spine are rude and unprofessional to say the least. I was treated one time by their Doctor who was very good but the practice charges patients on insurance more than 300% than other pain management practices in the valley. I would never recommend them to anyone and by the lousy staff I'm pretty sure the partnership amongst the physicians will dissolve quickly. I have witnessed this before in the pain management arena. Lousy staff equals lost patients and word of mouth kills off the business, the partners don't make the killing off of patients and insurance companies
