Alexandra Ebong DNP, FNP-C is originally from Oregon where she started her nursing career 20 years ago. She began as a CNA and graduated with her Doctorate in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner Certification in 2017 from Maryville University of St. Louis. She has specialized in pain management including acute, chronic, interventional, medical devices, and alternative therapies.

OnCall Pain is seriously changing my life. I went from waking up in pain every. Single. Day without fail for the past 3 years thinking I would NEVER remember what it felt like again to wake up and just be...normal. My treatment with Dr. Ashley Ross along with my chronic illness treatment is giving me back hope that I had lost a long time ago. Every chronic pain patient needs to give this place a shot. I'm actually looking for a part-time job because I feel like with my pain under control I can actually do it.

I’ve wrote one review before and just have to update how much of an awesome group this is ! After being a very complex medical mystery I’ve been through quite a bit ! Being young and having complex medical issues you tend to get judged . After needing to have a provider that could do e-visits I searched high and low . OnCall came up and I saw the amazing reviews! I was hesitant to pay out of pocket without insurance .. but ... Fast forward to one year later and I can’t be more happy for the switch ! NP Ashley has been a life saver ! She is beyond compassionate , understanding , and non judgemental

I have known Wendy for almost 15 years she has never changed she has always been humble she is not judge mental she always listens and to me I consider her an outstanding physician I refer many people to her. If you’re looking to control your pain and you really want to do things right I would suggest going to on-call pain. Absolutely love Celina she’s amazing and I love the new physicians assistant Ashley i’ve only known her for about five months or so but she has always been a kind sweetheart and you will never feel judged they will listen to you. OnCall Pain is one of best pain management in Telehealth appointments. I needed pain management then I found OnCall Pain right when COVID 19 hit and I was impressed by their professionalism with video visits. I met with Celina first and then I had visit with Dr. Wendy. I like that I was able to just go to Quest Diagnostics for blood and urine screen. They send the prescription electronically to pharmacy which I love to not have to carry RX and taking chance of losing the paper RX., overall the convenience of this place makes it so much easier to have monthly visits and the prescriptions are ready

Oncall Pain is phenomenal! With COVID and being stuck at home I was needing to find a place that would do skype visits. That was almost impossible until I came across Oncall. On top of that I have a very complex medical history that other doctors have thrown their hands in the air and said I was too complicated. Being a nurse myself that makes you feel awful. Wendy told me on day one I wouldn't be too complicated and said she would work with me to help get my pain better. Ashley the other NP has done some appointments too and she is just as wonderful! They both have compassion, and don't judge

On call pain has been nothing but a blessing for me Wendy treats her patients above and beyond how a patient should be treated she listens/understands and always makes sure you are heard and involved when it comes to trying to find the best medications to manage your pain!!!! Also Celina is on top of her game anytime I have reached out in regards to any issues I was having she gets them resolved in the upmost timely manner I can go on and on about one call I recommend them to anyone who is ready to receive the best pain management care possible !!!!

After being in a car accident and then being diagnosed with Chronic COVID it has been nothing but hard to say the least to get good care. On top of it things are complicated not only with myself but in healthcare. Last week I went to a new pain doctor that treated me like I had the plague and didn't even want to try to help before pushing me out the door.
Thankfully after a ton of research I found OnCall Pain and reached out. Celina called me even after her shift had ended to make sure that we were able to get a consult scheduled.

Wendy and all her M.A’s are very personable and really do care about you as a person. I have never felt like, just another patient. Wendy truly cares about you and your health above all else. Whenever I have needed something both her M.A and Wendy have tried to resolve or help within a very timely manner. After seeing so many pain doctors, Wendy is the most compassionate and forthright I’ve ever encountered. She listens, takes time to go through any concerns you have and takes your pain seriously. She wants you to be as close to pain-free as possible so you’re able to go on with your daily life and understands the hindrance pain poses. Celina is awesome and always prompt if there are ever any concerns or hiccups along the way. I’m so blessed to have found them! Truly.
