My brother had passed away December 4th in 2021, it was a very hard time for me and my sister to deal with his passing. But my mother had prearranged plans for my brother. So my sister and I went to Brunner Sanden Deitrick Funeral Home we were met by a very kind man named Nick. The staff went out of there way to make sure we were taken care of in every way possible. Nick walked us through everything and at no point did we feel pushed in making plans for are brother. I was going to deal with another Funeral Home but after My experience with bruners I will be making my final plans with them.

Brunner handled many things correctly for our family, however what they did in the end disappointed our family during an obviously difficult time. I hope I can help Brunner and anyone choosing to use their company by relating our experience.
We chose to have a Memorial Service at Brunner for nearby close family and friends and to have the Service broadcast over Zoom to an online audience of about 300 additional family members and friends located throughout the country.
We met with Nick the day before the Service and met with Chuck 2 hours before the Service. Both gentlemen were clearly told that

My grandfather passed away and the funeral was held at Brunner, as soon as we all went to pay our respects ( walk passed the casket ) I noticed a man and a woman standing there staring at us. Trying to console my grandmother and all they did was try to usher everyone out of the funeral home ASAP. No compassion, for anyone! It's sad but I would compare it to last call at a bar. Whoever is working for this place is a joke, they should consider a new profession. I hope the next time people are trying to say goodbye to a loved one you really reconsider how you treat them.

It's taken me years to write this review. Several years ago I lost my father. The lack of care and professionalism shown by this place was vast. I was pretty flexible but none of my requests were honored. None of the images I wanted shown were presented and none of the music played. In fact during our service christmas music came on. My final moments to remember my father with family and friends was fairly ruined because i felt so disrespected and not taken care of.

At one of the most difficult times if my life, Nick and all of the staff at Brunners’s were so professional, warm and supportive. Never was I pressured in any way. They helped me plan my husband celebration of life exactly the way he would have wanted it to be. I unfortunately have had to make funeral arrangements several times at different places and Brunner’s is by far the most compassionate of all of them. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to make these difficult arrangements. While I was making the arrangements for my husband, I also made mine so my children don’t have to

Chuck Brunner, family and staff are the best. When my dad passed away, the Brunner’s arranged for a Marine Color Guard to be present at his service. My mom recently passed away and we were worried about having a service in these Pandemic times. Chuck, his family and staff stepped up and gave my mom a very nice and respectful service. The Brunner’s have kept in touch with us long after the services to see how we are doing and to extend their continued thoughts and prayers. We know that this is an extreme rarity in this day and age. Their kindness, professionalism, understanding and suggestions

Brunner's and Brian Dietrick have always been extremely professional and caring when I have had to acquire funeral services for family members. They are extremely helpful and honest at a most difficult time of losing a loved one. Allowed me to make informed decisions regarding services and selection of necessary items.

I have to say Jordan and her team at Brunner's did an amazing job and helped our family tremendously as we made arrangements for my mother. She helped my family with every detail of my mothers service and burial, she walked us carefully through all the steps and what needed to be done. We didn’t worry about anything concerning the arrangements. She held a truly beautiful tribute to my mother.
I felt Jordan and her team were compassionate and caring and worked hard to make every detail special. I had so many people come up to me after the service and tell me how great my mother looked and how

The period of time following my brother’s passing was very challenging and difficult. It was made far more manageable for our family given all of Brunners patience, kindness, help and support throughout the planning and absolutely beautiful service. They went above and beyond throughout the entire process. This was our third experience working with Brunner, Sanden, Deitrick Funeral Home and have nothing but very high praise to share. Keep doing the wonderful work you do. Thank you all so very much for the important service you provide to our community.

I pray no one at the services had covid-19 because I was not happy with the procedures at the this place. If you have your services here you must tell them what you want for covid because they don't have a clue in my opinion. Charles Brunner took off his mask to address the group. No arrows on floor. No distancing. They kept trying to gather us up instead of separating us.

Went to pay respects to an amazing child and support an incredible family but was surprised outside food was not permitted during a time when many bring food for the bereaved. Was told it could be passed out in the parking lot in 90 degree weather. Food is a way to show love and support but unfortunately here it is big business. Only their caterer may be used.

In early april , after a long illness our wonderfil, brave father lost his battle with cancer,we entrusted brunner with final arrangements. we chose cremation and private services at home. dealing with jason was like dealing with a used car salesman out to make a buck. first thing talked about was payment, then how they could help with a 'reception' that we made clear we did not want. i feel as though we were tried to be taken advantage of at a very trying time . stating that we did not want to spend an extra $500 plus on a wooden box to be cremated in , he explained for $75 he would
