This Office is extremely unorganized, unprofessional and Unprepared. the Forms i filled out before my visit were EXTREMELY repetitive. Once i arrived that is when they informed me I am responsible for removing the nail polish on my toe, never before notified to not have nail polish on the toe. Once I removed it with my own resources in office, awaiting the return of the doctor is when he said he would not proceed because he was not able to properly clean my toe. in a podiatrists office……he reiterated many times he was incapable of prepping my toe for the surgery. waste of gas, time and resources

I came in for a removal of my ingrown toenails on both my big toes. I set up an appointment and was able to meet with Dr. Alexander within a week. The medical assistants and staff were all great and enjoyable to work with. Dr. Alexander did a tremendous job of easing the tension of the procedure by using humor and clearly talking through what I’ll expect. The procedure took 20 minutes and he did a wonderful job in ensuring everything went smoothly.
I highly recommend Dr. Alexander and the Elgin Foot & Ankle Center.

Is there an option for 5+ Stars? Dr. Bialon, Dr. Kratzmeyer and office staff are all amazing! Easy to make an appointment and get in. I've been a patient there for a while seems every summer I have a toe injury due to flip flops and now my husband needs foot surgery. So glad Elgin Foot and Ankle will be doing his surgery. Everyone makes us feel very comfortable. Thanks to all the staff for taking care of us!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Ken’s for 15 plus years now. He is a in my opinion one of the most knowledgeable and experienced physicians in his field. Not only is his medical care top notch, he has a congenial personality making me feel at home at his office.

Yesterday We had a horrible experience. Dr. Jacoby is an excellent doctor however their stuff is unprofessional. They don't care and they don't even let you explained. We had an appointment and came in late due to having to wait longer at the outpatient center, we had blood work and other important tests and after running to make it unfurtunatly we were 20 mins late, we knew there was a big change of not getting seen yet I have myself worked with doctors for the past 10 years and I know even when we have to say that unfurtunatly we have to reschedule they have to be respectful and try to understand

I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience with Dr. Cory Jacoby and his entire staff. All 6 visits were a fantastic experience. Dr. Jacoby performed a surgery on me as well that went exactly as he had described it would. I'm already feeling much better and continue to feel better each day. I have had a great all around experience at the office...from the front desk help to the doctor. Dr. Mehta Kratzmeyer took a conservative approach at first to help with my recovery to save me from a surgical recovery and Iappreciate all she has done! Each day the pain is better and better! I would recommend this office and their doctors to anyone!!
