Very pleased with the results. After being denied coverage for needed surgery my surgeon recommended this firm. I spoke to Patrick and made it clear I would be happy if medical expenses were covered. My lawsuit took 3 years, beginning to end, and every step of the way Josh was extremely helpful and empathetic, but the best part of Josh is his ability to respond to my emails incredibly fast as early as within 30 minutes and at worst case, late the same day or 1st thing the following day.
He is so patient, especially in the beginning, since most of us work injury novice’s are forced in learning all the processes

Josh was outstanding. Throughout the whole process, he made sure we were in the loop with every single thing that came up. It’s scary going through legal things, a lot of times the vocabulary that is used is hard to understand but never felt it was. Josh made sure that we understood every bit of the process and documents from day one we spoke with him and his team. He was always available when we needed them. I've never had to employ a personal injury lawyer before, I came in eyes wide open and somewhat skeptical, Josh immediately put to rest any concerns and questions I had, he told me I had a legitimate case, and what to expect. He was totally upfront, and told me this type of litigation takes time, but that he was going to win, and he did. I would definitely recommend Josh to anybody that needs a personal injury lawyer.

When I hired my attorney at Hickey & Turim. I had no idea what to expect with my case. I had a neck and shoulder work injury. After many sleepless nights and long painful days at work. I stayed in close contact with my attorney. I simply would let him know how I was physically doing and how I was be treated at work.
