ThinkTech is an outstanding organization. I had a real challenge in taking over an organization with one individual handling every aspect of technology. Not only was this person in over their head (who can handle every aspect of tech from wiring and hardware to networking to security to web present and app development) they also were challenging to work with. Yet they had created a nest of custom band aids that were going to be a major challenge to handle unravelling without a major disruption to our business.

ThinkTech has been providing IT support for our veterinary hospital since 2015. They are proactive in managing my network and make recommendations for us before problems arise. I love that I am no longer the "middle man" between my software people and my hardware support. They talk to them directly! They have fast response times when problems do arise and like the emails I receive that keeps me in the loop. Everyone I have dealt with is professional and nice.
